We recently left Greenbrier due to my husband being military. We lived there for 3 years and loved the community. The assistant manager Kim is Amazing. She's so personable and really goes above and beyond for her residents. She takes the time to get to know all her residents and their families. She definitely became like family to us and we miss her already. Our maintenance guy Mr. Ronnie was amazing too. He is very knowledgeable in his work and gets things done right the first time. We lived in 2 bedroom townhome and loved it. It gave us lots of space with two master suites and lots of storage. I would recommend Greenbrier estates if your looking for a new home. Brandy M
This is my second time renting an apartment from Greenbrier Estates and Kimberly in the front office reminded me again of why I made the right choice coming back to this community. She went above and beyond to help me get into an apartment as quickly and easy as possible after coming back from a deployment. Her professionalism and dedication to the job is unmatched. I can come to her or the maintenance team with any questions or concerns and they are always super nice and willing to help. Great location, not a lot of traffic, it's quiet and safe and if you like golf there is one within walking distance across the street. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.
Me and my boyfriend recently took a tour of the property and it was absolutely beautiful! The best part of the tour though was Ms. Kimberly who helped keep us informed on the entire property. She guided us through the floor plans and painted excellent pictures of each property (and the amenities of each)we were interested in. Her help was amazing and because of her we are most definitely adding the Greenbrier Estates to the top of our apartment list!!
Aside from the lovely, well maintained community, the staff here goes above and beyond for their residents. A recent transplant from a town of 990 people in east Texas, I was very leery about moving to Slidell. Once I met the staff and visited the community at Greenbrier, I knew I would be alright. Th units and the grounds are well maintained, the amenities generous, and the staff is absolutely fabulous. I have been alone most of my stay here thus far - my husband is working out of state - and ended up having to have surgery on my hand. I can not commend the staff enough for going out of their way to assist me in every way possible. They arranged for someone to come get my trash (at no additional cost)as I am unable to take it to the dumpster for now and also professionally installed a special shower head that would assist me in the shower! I can not say enough kind things about the staff at Greenbrier and am forever grateful to them for making me feel secure in my stay, and cared for in my time of need!
Honestly the best place I’ve ever lived so far. Worth every penny. They are very helpful and fast with any paperwork. They give email updates to tell everybody what’s going on. They get the community involved with small get togethers. The walls are very thick too, I rarely heard neighbors at all. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. What a lovely place to live 10/10

I lived here for about 5yrs (wow.....just realizing that!) and I enjoyed my stay. They are really nice apartments, clean, quiet and well maintained. Never had any issues that was a safety concern. Minimal maintenance requirements, but when there was an issue, they addressed it almost immediately! The ladies in the office are awesome and extremely helpful. The maintenance men are great as well and they do quarterly pest control. These things along makes these apartments worth staying at! I will miss them all when I leave! Amenities: pool, tennis court, dog area, gym, computer room, free car wash station, & free cable & internet Location: perfect if you work in Slidell. Not even a minute from I-12, about 5mins from I-10. There is a mini mall not even 2mins up the street, a Wal-Mart, Target, & Home Depot, and a few restaurants (Zea, Olive Garden, Chili's, Burger King, McDonalds, Sonic, Wendy's, Taco Bell) also within 2mins. There is also a new fire station nearby. On a good day, it takes about 20-30mins to make it to the city (New Orleans French Quarter). The nearest hospital is also about 15mins. away. School District: Slidell Jr. High, Slidell High You wouldn't go wrong if you choose this place!

Being prior service military, my family and I have moved all over the country renting units in numerous apartment complexes. This is also the second apartment complex that I have rented in Slidell. Greenbrier Estates is our favorite with an excellent choice of different layouts and amenities available. Our experience at Greenbier Estates was by far the finest at of all the places we ever rented. The front office administration were the nicest and most caring personnel we experienced yet, amongst the premium maintenance men that maintained the premises. When we had a small maintenance issue, the office personnel we extremely proactive towards correcting the issue and as soon as the maintenance men received the ticket, they were there correcting the problem as soon as they possibly could. The staff would even create special events such as crawfish boils and Christmas parties for all of the tenants to get together. Not to mention the amenities were always available and very well kept. We spent two amazing years renting the same unit and were saddened when it was time to leave to purchase our own home. We seriously felt like family to the amazing office and maintenance personnel which we created a lasting relationship beyond just renting a unit. The only complaint that I have is leaving such a remarkable place with remarkable people.
I have lived at Greenbrier Estates for 3 years now and I must say that I like it a lot. The maintenance men are very nice and willing to help you with any issues as quickly as possible which isn't the case I've found most of the time living in apartments. Now these apartments are considered the luxury apartments of the area and for the most part they live up to that name. It is extremely well maintained and the office staff stays on top of keeping it a nice, quiet and extremely safe place to live by having a great interview process and background checks before moving in. They only major issues with this gated community would be the parking. There are plenty of spaces but none designated for anyone or any building specifically which makes it an annoyance when you might work a late or night shift and come home to having to park pretty far from your house because of course everyone and their friends and family want to park as close as possible with no respect to those whom actually live in the apartments. That being said it's a safe gated community with on property police officers so there has never been a safety issue just more of an annoyance for the parking situation. Over all I give the apartments 4 out of 5 stars.... Updated appliances and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms would put this place at a 5 for me! It's a great place to live that i would recommend to anyone!
