Nestled in the northwest corner of West Virginia along the Ohio River, Parkersburg is a sprawling suburb that offers affordable housing, a park-like atmosphere, and historic charm. Longstanding architecture is spread throughout the area, especially in Julia-Ann Square, the largest and oldest historic district in the state that was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. Residents enjoy strolling through this district and admiring the 120 Victorian-style homes. Historical landmarks, golf courses, riverfront views, and shopping options are commonplace in Parkersburg. Residents appreciate easy access to Grand Central Mall, where you’ll find an array of department stores, along with restaurants, specialty shops, and supermarkets nearby.

Property Ratings at Greenbrier Gardens
I wouldn’t rent from this place a lot violence in that area and they let tenets smoke in apts
As stated in the title, the landlord has walked in our residence twice without a 24 hour notice. Apartments do not have washer/dryer so you have to pay to utilize shared ones. Often times the dryers will break and you will waste your money and are not able to get a refund even when you communicate an issue and ask for one. Along with being in a bad neighborhood you will get to hear many altercations even with police showing up on occasions. Yes, rent is cheap, however it is for a reason. The landlord heavily encouraged giving 5 stars even before moving in and is insist upon it when this place doesn't even deserve one. Look elsewhere for an apartment.
