Property Ratings at Greenbrier Village Apartments
Do not rent here.Trash, broken down, run down. You will be sorry. Bad management!!! I can not wait until I move out.
Hated living there. Remember what your rights are upon moving in and demand repairs and a clean unit. Upon moving out, they will attempt to keep as much of the deposit as possible so take pictures before and after. Remember to take photos before and after your time there so you have proof. And lastly, Title 25 of the Landlord Tenant Code will come in very handy. Best of luck!
I wrote to the apartment manager, inquiring because a lot of apartment communities that do not allow most pets do allow fish - I keep them for mental health reasons and have an Emotional Support Animal. On the flip side, there are apartment communities that allow cats and dogs which do not allow fish. It was a simple, reasonable inquiry because I'm from the area, and grew up not far from the community with family in the area, and almost every apartment I've been in that has said no pets have allowed fish aquariums up to 55 gallons with renter's insurance. I received a very rude, snappish reply that seemed very uneducated. It is very much not appreciated. The Apartment Manager's name who replied was Beatrice. I quote from the email: "No pets are allowed in this community, that also means large fish tanks. Due to possible h2o damage." This reply seems very unprofessional to me. That was pretty much all that was said except a blurb about there possibly being other housing that may suit my needs. That was not pleasant and was really quite ignorant. She could have been much nicer and said, "I regret to inform you that we do not accept fish tanks due to possible water damages, however, our company may have another housing arrangement that may fit your needs." I am appalled that someone with that demeanor can even be employed in the town which I grew up in, let alone represent an apartment community that seemed top notch until I received that email. I am very, very disappointed, and will be recommending against Greenbrier Village to any friends who are looking for housing due to Beatrice's demeanor.
I love living in apartment it's very spacious, has washer and dryer in unit, maintenance are always around when you need them,it's a very quite living atmosphere where everybody gets along with one another and the price for rent is pretty fair. Overall it's a really lovely place to live and I would recommend anybody looking for a place to call home come here and you will find that and more.
