Adjacent to Trenton and bordering the Delaware River, Ewing is a large township that contains the College of New Jersey and the Trenton-Mercer Airport. The township began as part of Hopewell Township and was settled by colonists in 1699. The oldest building in Ewing is a farmhouse built in 1717 by William Green, one of the area's first settlers.
To get a sense of how the area must have looked to those early colonists, visit the West Branch of Shabakunk Creek, located near the airport. This natural area covers more than five miles and played a vital role in the Revolutionary War's Second Battle of Trenton. Another great location to visit after moving to a Ewing apartment is the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park Trail, which extends along the river. The trail is 77 miles long and is popular for hiking, bicycling, jogging, and horseback riding.

I a tenant of Greene 750 luxury apartments had the pleasure to reserved one of the amenities in the clubhouse which was the theater media room. Which me and my granddaughter and friends got to watch Clifford the Big Red dog the new theater release 11/13/21 in our own private showing. I was truly amaze and astonish blown away in this room with the quality of the surround sound, the projectors screen display, powered reclining chairs atmosphere, decor our private showing, truly mirrored being at AMC, Regal, United Artist movie theater's experience. Extremely pleased that I chose to lease at Greene 750.Sge56
We've been living at Greene 750 for four years and just renewed our lease for another two. Overall, the complex is very well maintained, clean, beautifully landscaped, and we have wonderful sunset views from our 2nd-floor apartment. The apartment feels luxurious, with 12ft ceilings, huge windows throughout, a great kitchen and bathrooms, a vaulted ceiling in the bedroom, and a large balcony. What's most important is it is solidly built and completely soundproof! We don't even know we have neighbors! The architect of this complex should get an award for a well thought design. Management is also great and very responsive. Kudos to American Properties! Thank you for giving as such quality at an affordable price.
PROS- The pictures speak for themselves. I love living here (3.5 yrs.). Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff is helpful. Kitchen counters, cabinetry, double pane glass, door and base mouldings, appliances, all top quality! Soundproofing in the 2nd phase buildings (can't speak for the first phase) is pretty good. Management is consistent with enforcing rules. CONS- Pool size is on the small side with limited hours. This is probably the nicest and most modern (open concept) complex in the area.
Single pet only? You are non competitive. 9 other apartment complexes in area accept 2. I just leased one of them.
I have lived at Green 750 for the past year and making plans to move at the end of this month. It has been a pleasure living there. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very responsive and responsible. I highly recommend this property for your living needs. WRG
I've lived here about 15 months and have been happy. Despite being next to the airport I have no issues with sound. The grounds are well-maintained, the service and leasing staff is fantastic, and the floorplans are spacious. It's been a great experience living here.
