Greene Ridge Apartments is an apartment community located in a quiet area of Greeneville, TN. We offer one and two bedroom units to those who seek to call Greeneville home. Greene Ridge Apartments is located just minutes away from Greeneville Community Hospital, Downtown Greeneville, local shopping areas, and Tusculum University. We seek to provide a clean, quiet, and safe living experience for our community. 102 Diane Ln. One and Two Bedroom Apartments Lease Options: 12 Month 6 Month- additional $50/month Month-to-Month- additional $100/month Rental Requirements -Minimum monthly income of 3X the monthly rent amount - Proof of income/employment - Background/credit check Pet Policy: - Cats and dogs allowed - No aggressive breeds - We allow up to 2 pets under 50 pounds per home. - Veterinarian documentation is required Utilities: - Tenants are required to pay for all utilities. - Tenants are required to set up electricity in their name through the Greeneville Energy Authority - Any utilities (internet, water, sewer, trash) shared between multiple homes or buildings are billed to tenants as an additional monthly fee. This fee is fairly calculated through a Ratio - Utility - Billing - System (RUBS) to bill that back to all units equally using square footage and # of occupants as a metric.
