Property Ratings at Greenfield Knoll Apartments
Kitchen Light & Refrigerator Maintenance came and switched a light switch for a broken kitchen light and now its worse cuz i think its the light itself and not the switch. Also we have had a brand new refrigerator that broke down and has been broke for days and Frigidaire was suppose to come.today according to Anne and we never received a call, text, email. Just sitting with a broken light and refrigerator NICE!

The guys go above and beyond and normally respond very quickly. If they can’t fix whatever, they get the answer! Very personable staff!
Thermocouple went out on our furnace late at night. Called maintenance. They arrived within an hour. Had it replaced and up and running within 30 minutes. This was on a night with a with a winter storm warning. They are aces in my book. On another note, we have lived here for over a year and the ladies in the office as well as maintenance have always been amiable and accommodating. Please don't ever change.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!! They do not fix anything and don’t care about there tennents!!!
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! They don’t care about there tennents and they don’t bother to fix anything!!
I absolutely loved living here at Greenfield Knoll! This was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in my entire life! Anytime I had a maintenance issue, maintenance was out that same day to fix it. The apartment is so huge it feels like your in a small house. It's also updated and very nice on the inside which makes it cozy. Charlene and Victoria have been so understanding anytime I had any kind of issue, they were happy to help. The key is to communicate and be truthful with your landlords and they will work with you on what ever the problem is. I am actually sad to be moving out of this complex, but we bought a house and it's time to move on. If some how we ever needed a place to go, Greenfield Knoll is the place to go and I would recommend it to anyone! It's nice, it's affordable, great area, pet friendly, maintenance is on top of it, and the landlords are great! What more can you ask for! :)

Thank you for your positive feedback, as it is much appreciated. The Greenfield Knoll team is awesome!
I wish to not give identifiers out due to the fact that I am afraid of how I will be treated. I currently live at Greenfield Knoll. Every time I have call the office for anything at all, I dread calling the office and talking to the manager (older lady). She is very hateful and short with me. The young women there is very pleasant and the new maintenance team goes above and beyond helping. I just think it needs to be brought to someone’s attention how rude she is to the residence. We all talk. It isn’t just myself and my husband. Apartments are great.
My wife and I have lived here for a few months now and we love it. We have great neighbors, and have not had a single issue with noise. We love living so close to everything. We have walked to CVS and Walgreens numerous times. We don't have any kids yet, but feel that this would be a great environment for them. The staff is very friendly and were very quick to help with the few issues we had. I feel this apartment is an ideal place for anyone who wants to be in a comfortable and safe setting. I feel like this is a place I enjoy calling my home, and they will do everything they can to make sure you feel like you are home as well.
This is my girlfriend and I's first apartment together, and I'm really happy with it. The location and neighborhood is nice. It's close to a Walgreens and CVS, Kroger/Wal-Mart/Aldi/Marsh and the Post Office; all are within biking and walking distance. It's also close to the downtown area and the Pennsy Trail. I don't have kids, but I know the apartment falls into the Greenfield School System. The office and maintenance staff are great. The office has their hours posted and a rate sheet outside. The office staff is really friendly and cares about security--I had locked myself out and they verified my identity before giving me the backup key they keep on hand. The maintenance is staff is professional and extremely fast. I see them on site just about everyday taking care of things. We wanted a screen door for our patio and requested one--2 hours later they show up with a screen door and installed it. We had a slightly leaky faucet, and within a week had a brand new one installed. Friends of ours who had issues were taken care of in a similarly timely fassion. The amenities are good. A little older looking, but operate fine. I've heard that over time they will be updated though. The noise level of the apartment itself is not an issue. Neighbors are quiet, but our bedroom faces McKenzie, which is kind of a busy street, so you hear some early/late traffic and emergency service sirens, but it isn't a huge issue--just something to think about. Overall I'm extremely happy with the apartment itself and the management.
