Nice Apartments

I have lived here for over a year now and its a pretty nice place. Its quiet and easy going. Neighbors are nice but as any place you always have the neighbors who annoy you lol. Management is awesome. Ana is a sweetheart. She is usually really good at getting things fixed right away when i have any complaints or issues about anything. Recently a huge branch fell off the tree over the pool and she got it taken care of the next day. Checking on it the following day, she even took it upon herself to help the all the leaves out of the pool. Its a nice neighborhood with freeway entrances around and grocery stores near by. During the Spring and Summer though, my gosh the spiders!!!! My fiance can not stand spiders and there are a ton around, i'm talking EVERYWHERE!!! If this issue could be resolved and rent was a tad bit cheaper i would totally give it 5 stars for sure.

Arachnophobia

I love me new apartment if it wasn't for the spiders. I moved in 5 month ago and love the size room for all my thing. The vanity is the best past get ready to go out in to the world is so much fun. Walking out the door is another thing spider in the stair ways on my windows in every corner of the house in the laundry room on my car I hate spiders

Greenhaven apartments

I have lived with my wife and daughter for about 7 months. It has its pros and cons. Pros are it is in a quite neighborhood and management is very friendley. It is right by the freeway and upgraded kitchen and carpet along with the paint. If you have children it is close to elementary schools and also severly good grocey stores and for the hot summer these apartments have a nice large pool. Now for the cons the managment is very slow when it comes to maintenance, and a bad spider problem but if your okay with that then these apartments are for you.
