I have lived here for 18 years. I feel safe living at GREENHOUSE apartments and in Cobb County. Cobb County police patrol the complex on a regular basis. The staff at GREENHOUSE are friendly and courteous. I have enjoyed my stay at GREENHOUSE apartments.

This is a horrible place to live. It is old and broken down. There are police here often. Neighbors are loud. The front office is rude and unprofessional. The maintenance team is ineffective, unresponsive, and unqualified. Your money is better spent anywhere else. I am happily moving!

Moved in last week, so far so good! No issues with neighbors, office managers are helpful, and apartment was clean. My only complain would be a few outlets not working and a few other small issues with the property.

Do not waste your time or money with this complex. The leasing team does absolutely nothing to fix anything when there's a problem within the unit. They are always doing things outside the buildings like pressure washing and things like that but when it comes to maintenance request you will go ignored for months. I've lived here since December and have problems that were supposedly going to be fixed when we moved in and are still not I've reported these problems multiple times but go ignored. There are missing light switches, loose sockets, and even mold growing inside our apartment. They don't answer your phone calls or emails but are quick to contact you when it's rent time seems like that's the only time they care about their residents.

In most part I like this community. The new trash pick up doesn't work properly, and because the heat and bugs, it creates a problem outside our apartments. The management service is getting better, the phone service for the office needs help.

I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you’re desperate. When I moved in, there were dead cockroaches at the bottom of the dishwasher. I asked them repeatedly to replace the dishwasher or deep clean it for over six months and they never did either one. Our bathroom door does not latch properly and so cannot ever fully close, and our second bedroom door was not installed straight so we have to lift slightly to get it to close fully. This same door was also clearly broken at some point and is falling apart again. They spray painted over our peep hole so it’s completely useless, and our front door knob fell off a few months into our lease. They did come and replace it… with an interior doorknob that had no keyhole. So we had to go back and demand they come and fix it again. Their maintenance is absolutely incompetent or the complex won’t give them the proper budget for repairs. Either way, you won’t get good or quick help if your apartment happens to need maintenance.

Greenhouse Apartments is fantastic overall especially if You're looking for a quiet and safe place to live. I've never felt on edge here with my family which is very important in today's day. Staff is friendly and more than helpful to ensure your living experience here is a great one! The grounds are maintained regularly and updates/renovations are made on a regular basis. The staff also does a lot for the community with events and engagement so if you like that then it's a great place to be!

I feel comfortable living here and the space is good, but overall the issues we have in this apartment are a lot before we even moved in. They are upping our rent by $400-$500 when our lease renews and it’s not worth it. We don’t have a washer and dryer, yet we split the water bill with our whole building and sometimes it’s excessive. Overall though, I do like living here for the time being.

Poor living conditions, condoned by a greedy company, using what was once an affordable living space for average people who are trying to get by. Moving into Greenhouse was smooth and easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. However, the longer we have lived here the more glaring issues have been noticed. More things keep breaking beyond my own repair and maintenance requests are left in limbo. While I understand that units with broken A/C are important, it's just as important to care for residents who have issues that could probably be resolved quickly so they can move on to the other requests. It's been 2 months since our dishwasher broke and water seeping up from our toilet since moving in. Now, after the lightbulb in my main bedroom broke (literally the glass broke off when we tried to change the bulb and we can't remove the metal) we have 0 light in one of our rooms because bulbs were never checked before we moved in. Overall, our experience at Greenhouse has been on a rapid decline. Why am I paying for appliances I can't use or moreover is causing me to pay more (possibly paying more in water due to the toilet leaking water). I can say that at this moment I would not recommend Greenhouse Apartments to anyone.

We have had nothing but poor experiences so far. Upon move in the entire apartment was trashed. It took months for them to show up for a single work order in which they failed to complete it within a day and they left keys and other work orders on our counters. They have been very rude as well every time they come to our apartment. We have water damage in our living room where the floor boards leak every time it rains and no one has repaired it or even tried. They constantly give us the run around without ever coming to our apartment except to be rude. They make promises to repair certain issues without ever fulfilling them. They are absolutely horrible. This is the worst apartment ive ever lived in by far and will actively encourage my friends to not stay here seeing as its expensive and they clearly dont care about their residents on site. Now the district manager has been very polite and helpful she has given us her phone number and has always attempted to get us help though the onsite staff tend to fail their jobs 10/10 times they show up if they show up for a month. It tends to take between 4-5 weeks for even an attempt to be made at even showing up for a work order

I have enjoyed living here for the past few years, mostly due to the location. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. However, the cost has increased a LOT; unreasonably so, in my opinion. It saddens me that families living here in an apartment community that used to be decently affordable are being pushed out due to the cost. My son's grandparents lived here from 2011-2014 and very little has changed. We are just paying nearly double the price to live in the same conditions. After having my second child two years ago, the rent increases have been devastating for my family, and I know it affects so many other families as well. I understand supply and demand and the market, but the cost of ownership hasn't increased proportionally to the amount at which the rent has increased. Trash is always a mess. Amenities aren't great. What this place had going for it was affordability, and that's gone.

Greenhouse...where to begin. At least it's a roof over my head. The rent is high, compared to the service you get. Maintenance takes forever or just never shows up. You call or email the leasing office and guess what...no calls or emails back. They want to charge you for everything, but yet I can't charge you for how long it takes you to handle a problem? Or charge you when you all don't even handle the problem? If you can find a different property...I suggest doing so.

I wouldn't recommend no one to reside in Greenhouse Apartments, the prices to live here is ridiculous, it's not even worth it. They are old Apartments that need to be upgraded and renovated

Though the pest situation may not be the best here at Greenhouse Apartments, the living arrangements are more than accommodable for a small family if portioned correctly. That being said, would be much more valuable to have the appliances and utilities perform just as appropriately portioned as the other facilities serviced by our wonderful maintenance team.

My overall experience over the last couple of years has been awesome! I couldn't ask for a better group of neighbors! The office and maintenance staff are "The Best"!! They truly care and everyone knows me! The grounds are clean and beautiful! This truly feels like home!!

This is not a great community to live in. It used to be tolerable, due to the price, but now they are trying to raise rent every year by a lot.
