Property Ratings at GREENHOUSE
Apartments have poor insulation and has no ventilation. The only Ac is a downstairs wall unit and is basically covered 30% by a wall. The upstairs gets so hot that you don’t want to use the restroom or sleep there. There is also poor pest control. Parking is horrible for guests. They also don’t let you park head out. Supposedly because they want to see your tags, but plenty of cars have expired tags and don’t move. Some of the washers have been broken for several months now. They make the property landscape look nice, but don’t take care of the interiors.

The cats must be declawed!!! What kind of place would require such a thing to be done to an animal..
Greenhouse apartments has been a great first apartment for us. A lot of space and a good location. Overall it's been nice living here.
I think "The Greenhouse" is in a great location and everything is near by, the freeway, the mall, the university, downtown Fullerton, the park, the high school, and so much more. You can walk, go jogging, ride your bike or walk your dog at any time around the property. The place has a big pool, a big jacuzzi and even a big barbecue grill with tables and chairs around the pool area. The manager (Peter), with the rest of the staff and including the "care team", they are very nice, friendly and helpful. The manager walks around the property, and I notice he acknowledge everyone at all times. He is always willing to listen to our request and act right away to meet our needs. They have at least once a month events for families, adults and children to gather and have fun, socialize and get to know their neighbors. I honestly think "The Greenhouse" is a nice place to live. sincerely, Eric

This is a pleasant area that's very close to many restaurants but still has the neighborhood touch for walking, jogging or riding your bike with peace of mind. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and their maintenance respond very quickly to our needs. Not only is this complex an attractive and affordable place to live but the company has many events on site to bring neighbors together all year round.
