Thank you for your positive feedback! Our goal is to continue to provide a 5 star experience. We appreciate you and your business.
The property management for this building has completely turned over over the course of the last 2 years. They will drag their feet in handling any type of a crisis, even an emergency situation because they do not care about the residents. Massive failures in communicating properly, total lack of organization, and complete incompetency. It's ridiculous considering how expensive the rent is, you're overcharged for amenities that are broken, inaccessible rooftop, and total lack of communication when something major happens in the building like a fire on the rooftop. Management has admitted to not reading messages left through the resident portal. They won't answer the phone even if they're in office. Water was shut off for 3+ days and they only brought in a portapotty in the garage after residents complained for 2 days. They're putting on a facade of care now because residents are gathering together.
I would not recommend living at GreenHouse Apartments, The management company Cushman and Wakefield have repeatedly failed to maintain office staff which results in current and perspective tenants being unable to have their inquiries and issues addressed. In the month of January all tenants have been without access to water for 4 days and without access to hot water for 8 days. Management did not communicate updates to tenants about repairs and anticipated timeline. The maintenance staff in the building are fantastic and the tenants are wonderful, however the mismanagement on the part of Cushman and Wakefield and the lack of safe and adequate housing is unacceptable.
No water since Sunday and no compensation offered. The property management has provided inconsistent information. This is a health and safety issue.
Super Friendly staff love Keanna Zach and A.j They have helped with my move during the rona lol and neighbors are always cheerful and say hi amazing amenities and dog friendly *Big Points*

I am so frustrated with the management. I want to love the apartment so much but the people who run it as useless. Things started breaking the second we moved in, our washer flooded every where night one. We cant get working keys to get in from the parking spot we pay for and our packages get stolen from inside the building.

Hi Helaina, thank you for your feedback! We are very sorry about your washer and stolen package. It is our understanding that the Community Manager has spoken to you about each of these issues. There are package lockers on-site, and the team would be happy to put your packages in there for you rather than keeping them out as requested! The office was not aware that your key was not working; please feel free to contact them directly so they can assist you with this! We would encourage you to contact management about any pending issues so they can help as much as possible! - Lindsay, Bell Customer Service
Absolutely loved living in these apartments. The only reason we didn’t renew our lease is because we are moving across the country. The layout of our apartment was perfect for the most part. The only complaint we had was the location of the washer/dryer behind the bathroom door and that the walk in closet probably should have had a sliding door. Everything else has been great. The granite countertops were easy to keep clean and beautiful. I loved having a kitchen island again and the location is pretty hard to beat. The place is pet friendly and within walking distance to a great vet clinic and a dog park. He light rail is also within walking distance and bus line 8 is steps from the front door. We never used the parking so we can’t speak on it however we did notice when we were moving out that the spots were compact. I did see a few crossovers and small SUVs parked easily in them. Customer service was always great for us. I always got prompt responses to emails and if I called during business hours I usually got an answer. Akili and Tiffani always kept it friendly and professional and we loved that they were knowledgeable when we had questions for them about pretty much everything from coffee places (whether you’re basic or a snob) to the fine print on the lease. They were always here for us and at times went above and beyond when we were wouldn’t be home by office hours. Other than the heat is the summer this place has been a joy to live. We are sad to be leaving.

Its a great building in an up and coming neighborhood. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. I love that all the material used in the apartment is recycled material. And they also provide pea patches for those residents with a green thumb...

Hello! We value your feedback and appreciate the review. Our goal is to provide the best living experience in the area and it's good to know that we're fulfilling that promise. If there's anything we can do to earn that fifth star, please let us know! Thank you gain!
Free wifi in the community room and loby, beautiful roof top patio, decent workout room (cardio machines and free weights are in good shape. There's a multi-exercise machine that seems more complicated than it's worth). You also get your own planting pod on the roof to grow veggies or flowers, and there are fruit trees on the ground floor that everyone is welcome to help themselves to. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. I like being able to have packages delivered here that I can pick up on my own time. The public areas are clean, and the other tenants are respectful (for the most part). I have lived here for a year, and would stay if I could afford it. As it is, I am spending 65% of my income on rent, so I'm leaving Seattle for a lower cost of living. This is one of the more reasonably priced new apartments in Seattle, especially when you factor in parking ($70 a month here versus $200 in Capital Hill/Downtown/Ballard). The neighborhood is growing and there's some resentment about gentrification. I haven't checked crime statistics to compare to other neighborhoods, but there have been a number of break-ins in the neighborhood and cars getting broken into. This is a decently active community, so there are definitely ways to get involved, and the farmer's market is great. Other neighborhood gems are the movie theater, the library, the parks, and the Full Tilt arcade and ice cream shop! Also the Columbia City Bakery is delicious, and although most people will direct you to Geraldines, there are at least 4 great brunch options on the strip!
