Tengo grandes expectativas de vivir allí por que mi familia es muy feliz tengo un sobrino y su familia viviendo allí hace bastante tiempo y mi hermano junto a su familia se mudo hace poco y están muy felices con los apartamentos

Great community ! Love it here. No complaints what’s so ever and zero signs of pests ! Maybe just an ant issue but I’d rather ants then roaches !

Peaceful,reasonable price,staff is nice and maintenance is quick and efficient.Thank you greenhouse. The townhomes also come with garages which is perfect.

We Really love the community. Very family orientated and safe environment. The communication is very strong and effective. Work orders are done extremely fast as well.

Community is great, filled with decent and respectful residents. There is always something to do here with the community during the holidays celebrations.

El mantenimiento es muy eficiente, cualquier novedad que ocurra en el apartamento son muy oportunos para realizar el arreglo. Estamos contentos viviendo en este lugar los apartamentos son muy amplios y el sector es muy tranquilo

Great atmosphere and schools….Close to the grocery stores and shopping. The community interaction with the residents makes the neighborhood feel like home.

Apartments are really comfortable, well located, the price is according to the size of each apartment. Services work great, maintenance and all the staff are great, the only one real issue is PARKING, some neighbors don't allow to use corners which are for visitors, we just have the garage and drive thru. When my family come for visiting most of the corners are taken by cars that have been parked there weeks.

My kids and I love it here. We made it a home. When the day comes and we have to move out is because we purchased our house and it’ll be a bittersweet moment.

We have no complaints and we’ve been here for a year. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. My kids love it here. The school is right across from the community.

The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light streaming through large windows. It offers a perfect balance between relaxation and convenience, making it a cozy retreat after a long day while still being close to everything needed for an active lifestyle.

I enjoy where I live and the community. It pretty quiet. Nice place to call home. I have been here 2.5 years now and have really enjoyed it. Thanks a bunch.

The best place to live.. es un buen lugar para vivir.. son más cómodos y amplios.. sobre todo el garaje en muy cómodo no tener que preocuparse por la seguridad de tu carro..

Green House is a great community for families. Safe environment! The office has great communication across the board. We love it here! Maintenance is very quick to respond and take care of anything that need to be taken care of.

We have been for almost a year and have enjoyed the neighborhood. Very peaceful and safe place to live. The maintenance orders are answered quickly and place is well kept.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The office staff is phenomenal maintenance included! There needs to be an upgrade to these bathrooms and kitchens

Greenhouse Villas is a great place to live. The living space is large and the attached garage is a huge plus. Management and maintenance work hard to make sure the grounds are well kept and any concerns are promptly addressed. The location is close to shopping, schools and highways. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I has only been a week but the front office ladies are amazing, respectful, caring and extremely helpful! Moving here so far has been a great experience. I love how spacious every room is and how modern they are!

Quiet, friendly, clean near the schools, office very friendly and work with you! Has a pool feels like home and would not ask for a better place!

Great area , great price , cool neighbors. May need a better pool area and kids park but overall love it here. I’ve been here for a year and half no complaints. And no roaches !!lol

We feel at home. It’s been a great experience so far. School is at walking distance. The neighborhood is very calm and quite. This has been the best move we’ve made since we moved from NY.

After living here for a few years now I still love this place. I get so many compliments from visitors of how beautiful my apartment is. I’m happy to call this my home!

I like living here for convenience of school and family near by. Things can be improved by having more interaction with the actual residents.

I'm not a resident yet, but maybe a future one, I'm on the process, but so far, the management team treat me and my family really good, every time I go there they answer all my questions and im really happy to be part of this big family that GreenVillas is.

I have been leaving here in Greenhouses Villas for 2 years. Leaving here it’s been very calming. The maintenance people do their jobs well and on time. I don’t really have to wait to get things fix. And the people from the office are great and they have great customer service ??????

Everything is ok, location is perfect, it's just in front of my children's school and is a friendly neighborhood, but I'm just giving four of five star because pool is still close.

We love it here. It’s quiet and maintenance is well kept. Love the fact that the elementary is walking distance. We recently moved from New York and this community made us feel very welcomed

Unfortunately, the office, manager and maintenance are very unprofessional. They did not satisfy my needs. Makes my living situation even worse when they continue to not only lie about maintenance being performed, but not complete the task at all. I have to contact them constantly in order to get anything done. I’ve heard from other neighbors that they experience the same.

The overall process, the professionalism and the convenience of moving in was beyond average.

I’ve been a resident at Greenhouse Villas since June of 2018. It has been a pleasure. The management, as well as staff have been wonderful!

This was my first time ever living in an apartment and it's almost 2 years now and it's been good, the management and maintenance team has been great at addressing any issues that arose.

Bueno me gusta la atención del personal en general, mantienen la comunidad limpia , están para servir siempre y la comunidad es muy segura , en 3 años viviendo aquí no he tenido mala experiencia.

The townhouse is nice and feels like a home. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garage included. Maintenance responds in a timely manner for repairs. Area is clean and quiet. Office staff is very friendly and professional. It’s walking distance to a nearby high school and elementary. Not that far of a drive to a nearby middle school and grocery stores. The only thing I don’t like is trash day because it interferes with the driveway parking. There’s not enough space for garbage cans to be at the end of the road and having to drive in and out of the driveway due to your can or neighbors can being in the way until trash is picked up.

Greenhouse Villas is a quiet place and good for singles or family!

I moved to Greenhouse Villas about 3 weeks ago and my experience has been GREAT. I was able to do everything online so on my move in date all I had to do was pickup my keys and that took maybe 10 minutes at the most. The office staff is very friendly, informative and willing to help in any way they can. The maintenance men are ON IT and don't play around with getting things done. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!

A quiet community and the maintenance response to issues are speedy. So far, so good.

The management and maintenance team are always accessible, any issues I've had they always addressed them in a timely manner.
