Have lived in the apartment for 2 weeks and ever since day one of moving in we have had nothing but problems... I have had to move into 2 DIFFERENT units because the cleaning and inspections done to the apartments are poor af. Spare room flooded with water causing mildew and mold, dishwasher wouldn't start, garbage disposal broken, closet door track bent and broken, towel handle broken, seals and cracks in the building foundation etc. I can go on and on... So far this is unacceptable and it's very disrespectful on management. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody and if you currently live here like myself, I would NOT resign a lease with them. The lack of empathy and any sort of compensation from management is the worst I've seen. The only good thing I can say is the apartments are in a beautiful area, quiet and the maintenance team is great and responsive.

There are several reasons I have enjoyed living here. The price is reasonable. The area is safe and quiet. Every member of the leasing team I have interacted with has been outgoing, friendly, and helpful. Most recently, I was again reminded how awesome the maintenance team is. Friday morning I placed a maintenance request as the AC had stopped functioning Thursday afternoon. I didn't expect there to be any action taken until the following week as the request was submitted so late in the week. I came home from the office and saw the note from the maintenance team. Not only had they fixed the AC issue, but they also turned off the box fan I had running in a window, removed it, and closed the window for me. I could not imagine a better resolution, in a more timely fashion, or with more consideration. A+ service all around!

I have lived at Greenmar for 5+ years. I like the campus because even though there are 37 buildings, the buildings are spaced out and each has greenspace. The grounds are well kept. I feel safe here, and I walk my dogs day and night. Just know , the apartments are older, and I would describe them as functional, not fancy. Greenmar is nestled within a subdivison of single family homes. If you are a walker, you have sidewalks everywhere. Greenmar is also pet friendly. I read the reviews on the website and I'd like to mention they are old, and the ones that say management sucks are no longer true. The staff they have now are not the ones people disliked before. It is worth your time to check out Greenmar.

For a 2 bedroom apartment that is in a great, safe location. This is not a bad place to go. I recommend a top floor apartment and understand that it is not fancy, just functional. If you have a busy lifestyle, but want good space for a decent location and price. These are for you. Maintenance has been fine with my requests, kept the property up decently, and I love that it is pet friendly.

I find a lot of the reviewers here to be delusional - the two bedrooms apartments are in a rather pitiful state despite the progressive increases in rent - the A/C units are in a dire need of an update (i.e. wall units inside bedroom closet), which results in a significant increase in electricity costs and subsequent noise when operated, the fitness centers are outdated, the pool is generally populated by unfavorable individuals, the laundry washer/dryer unit prices are steep - $1.75 (i.e. $3.50 for one load) and wash clothes poorly (i.e. inconsistent water temp, irregular cycles, etc.), outdated kitchen appliances (i.e. electric stove top, refrigerator, and dishwasher), steep upfront fees associated with signing a lease (i.e. $250 "administrative" fees, etc.), utility charges baked into the lease (i.e. water, sewer, and trash), etc. However, I would like to commend the apartment complex for having a reasonable amount of storage space available.

Unfortunately, the washers and dryers are controlled by an outside company and we don't have a say in the prices or machines. If you are experiencing issues with them, please report it to the office staff so we can contact that company to address the issue. These are the worst people to rent from. The customer service is horrible. They charge huge enormous fees for being late with rent. I have been here 10 and 1 late payment that was their mistake and I got a threat for eviction. Horrible people. They raise the rate $20 every year. I can't wait to get out of this dump

Late fees are applied in the same manner for everyone, but if there was an error on our part we are truly sorry. Management isn't responsive and will not return calls. When there is a maintenance request put in, they state that it is finished yet it isn't. Greenmar cannot even get accredited through the BBB.

While the location and apartments are great, I would absolutely not recommend living here. The staff is terrible at managing this complex and are the main reason we are leaving Greenmar. The first day we moved in, all the lights and A/C were on in our apartment (mind you, under our dime) and the front door was unable to lock. The door was open when I walked in. This means that the last staff member who left our apartment before we moved in did NOT lock the door and knew it was unable to lock, but decided not to do anything about it. In addition, we have been given less than 24-hour notice multiple times that a pest control company would be entering our apartment for bug spraying. This gave us virtually no time to prepare to have someone home (as I do not trust a complete stranger who does not even represent Greenmar in my home when I am not there). In addition, we were given our "45 Days Notice" to write our letter of intent to leave only ONE WEEK before the letter of intent was due. After we gave them the letter of intent to leave, they called us a week later asking us if we were renewing our lease. After telling them we turned in our letter of intent to leave a week ago, they said they could not find it! We literally walked in and handed it directly to a staff member who said "Thanks! I'll take care of this". She obviously did not take care of it. Also, this complex will charge you over $500 in cleaning fees for "normal wear and tear" if you do not stay for 18 months. The only time the staff seemed to be doing a good job was when we signed the lease. Couldn't get them to stop calling me then. To me, it seems like this complex is finding every which way to get money out of you. It's such a shame as the area is beautiful and the apartments are great. I would love to move back here if they ever get under new management.

My boyfriend and I (both in our 20's) have now lived at Greenmar for a year. When it came time to decide to renew our lease or leave, we decided to stay. During our search, we wanted a two bedroom apartment that allowed dogs. This is by FAR the best price for what you get, including pet deposit and pet rent. We have had absolutely no problems with neighbors. The few maintenence requests we have made were handled quickly and with no problems. There is always proper notice when they will need to enter each unit (for example, regularly spraying for bugs. The only complaint I have is that they never refill the pet waste bags in a timely fashion. I don't mind that much though because it's still nice of them to even provide the bags. The apartments aren't exactly glamorous but I'm happy to have guests over and I'm happy to call Greenmar home.

Area is great, lot of shops, dining and easy highway access. Nice back picnic area for each building with wildlife. No highway or road noise. Ample parking for building and additional parking for guest.
