The property is brand new, and the manager is nice and attentive. Very convenient to the Trax station.
I toured this place four days ago, the studio apartments were so nice and clean and all you could wish for. But there is a huge homeless people issue at this place. A shirtless man was leaning against the entrance along with a bunch of other homeless people. You would have to carry pepper spray or something to defend yourself just to get inside. You do need a key to get in which is nice, but I toured the place at 10am and there were people doing hard drugs with tin-foil in front of the entrance so I couldn’t imagine what it would be like late at night. I saw needles on the curb in front of the building as well. On the backside of the building next door there were multiple tents that homeless people were living in. I could not see myself living here as I’d be much too scared for my own safety as well as worrying if my car would get broken into as there is no garage parking, only street parking. I really wish there wasn’t a homeless people issue here because the apartment complex was so nice. In the pictures where the people are is the front entrance to the building. I hope this can get fixed as it’s such a nice and new place.
