Property Ratings at Greens at Van De Water
The grounds are beautiful, but since I’ve moved in I’ve had a terrible experience. The water pressure worse than every other building I’ve ever lived in, and the maintenance team has done nothing the address the issue. The leasing office is impossible to get ahold of, they never answer the phone or call back. And the amount of utilities that are required is ridiculous, I am expected to pay a monthly set fee for the leasing office and then a variable fee for their gas and electric usage. For a building I haven’t even gone into since I signed the lease? At this point I don’t even know what my rent even pays for.
Consider twice before renting a Greens at Vandewater, looks pretty from a far but has tweekers running around, the local high school students destroy the pool, and management is about to change.
The Greens is a great place to live. The floor plans are amazing and the amenities are the best. Staff is all super helpful and friendly.
Dave in maintenance and Eva and Amanda in the main office have been incredible!! Also, the grounds seem to be very well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet.
Furnace and water heater went out two days before Christmas. They didn’t fix the issue until 3 days after Christmas. Their solution was “We will send you up A space heater and you can shower in a unit two blocks away.” Awful and disgraceful service and living situations.

So far my living experience here have been quite favorable, all staff are helpful and courteous!!
Apartments are a great size and very comfortable and well laid out.
Overall my experience here has been positive. The complex is peaceful and pretty, and the residents I have encountered all seem nice as well. The maintenance staff has been exceptional, and have been able to resolve all reported issues. On the downside, the units and appliances are older, so multiple repairs/replacements have had to be made. Also be aware that although there are network jacks in each of the rooms, they are not wired to anything, so internet access is wireless only. If you telecommute (as I do) you will need to hard-wire any connections yourself.
The community is kept clean, the apartments themselves look nice, and the office staff are very cool people. Been here for about two years, and I can say it's one of the better places I've rented.
I recommend The Greens at Van de Waters because of its location in Ioveland Colorado. I wake up every morning with an amazing view of the mountain range. I ride my bike or go for walks most days. I think Loveland has over 20 miles of paved walkways and several small lakes for fishing or camping. And on the practical side I have options onsite for a car garage, professional conference rooms for business and/or work out center.
Going on two years residing here has been very pleasant, all staff are very helpful, all amenities are great!! Just hopefully my rent won’t go up this following year!!
Living here at The Greens at Van de Water is a dream. The pool and hot tub are clean and warm (open year-round is a plus). The staff are attentive and friendly. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. Overall it's my favorite place I've lived!

The Greens has been a great place to call home for myself and children for more than a year now. The property is kept beautiful and any issues are always addressed promptly. The staff is always friendly. Parking can be an issue at times but all in all it's a wonderful community.
Living at the Greens is the life I've always wanted. My neighbors are courteous and quiet, I never hear them. The amenities are the best; year-round heated pool, large hot tub, updated gym, movie theater, game room with a pool table, free coffee machine that grinds coffee beans instead of a powdered form. I feel very lucky to call The Greens at Van de Water my home!

I've lived here 3 years now. I enjoy the amenities. Maintenance is timely and efficient. Current Management is the best.
I was very happy to first move into the greens at Van de water as I found a nice look and lease special. After a while it became evident that not all of the residents follow the rules including not smoking on patios. The price for garage is a bit high at $100 per garage per month. Seriously debating whether or not to renew my lease in the coming months due to pricing creases and other things.

This apartment complex is a world in its own. An extremely friendly community with a caring staff. I dont normally give out to many recommendations but in this case I would encourage people to move here.

The management and maintenance staff here is fantastic. They are great about contacting us about issues or things going on. We've been here a month and have had more community building events, like muffins at the clubhouse, in that time than the previous 3 years at other properties.
Just moved in couple months ago, everyone in management have been very helpful with all my requests. Nice clean apartment and surroundings very nice.

All staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The apartments are roomy, have lots of storage, and the floor plans provide privacy. The grounds are maintained. I love the pool, gardens, and car wash!

Beware if you're thinking of moving into this "community": Once again we are all charged for a service we are not using. Upon moving in, you are required to pay $46/mo. through frii internet for the first four months. Regardless if you want to use a different internet company. So the four months pass and we're all told they are no longer using frii internet. Ok good. The other day, on each of our doors, there is a letter stating we are going to be charged for internet service through frii. We then have to prove to them we have other internet services. I personally do not own a TV so therefore did not feel a need for internet. Samantha, in the office, said I have to prove otherwise, "Unfortunately, if you do not have services set up through Comcast or CenturyLink you will be billed for the month of November."
Do not move in here. This place is trashy, so cheaply made everything is falling apart in the apartment. Employee Dayland is unbelievably rude disrespectful and unprofessional. The pools are never cleaned literally green colored and smell awful and they don’t do anything about I've complained several times. The grass and weeds are never maintained and there have been many times it’s been so long for them to change the dog poop stations it’s over flowing with bags of crap all over the sidewalk.
