What I love about Greens Edge is that hey have so many green huge areas specially for pets and in top of that you have a free dog spa where you can bath your dog! Peacefull place as well.

This is our 2nd year leasing with Greens edge. These are the best apartments in Fort Myers. Not only is our apartment super spacious but the community has a lot to offer! Very nice community pool/ hot tub, A Sauna, bike trails and beautiful views all around this community! It’s nice that its tucked off the main road, conveniently close to everything. The staff are also always very kind when popping into the clubhouse.
Greens edge is a perfect place for people who have pets. It’s location is the best thing about it. I’m super close to restaurants, shops, publix and not to mention the pool is great to relax. I really recommend this community if you are looking for something peaceful and central.
I would highly recommend living at Greens Edge! We love all of the amenities provided, food trucks, and luxury living! I have lived here multiple years and would give 10 stars if I could!

I moved in 4 months ago. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance is punctual and efficient. I especially love the pool area, outdoor grills and the selection of food trucks that they bring into the complex.

My family feels very safe, the apartments are very homely. A different living experience
I have had to move 9 places in the past 10 years, and none have compared to the level of excellence at Greens Edge. The staff is a constant pleasure to work with, and most importantly the apartment homes are safe, beautifully appointed and a pleasure to come home to. Garbage disposal is on every floor and includes recycling. Neighbors are courteous and friendly, and I love the dog park. Amenities are well kept and a pleasure to use. Some might complain about the rules, but they seem to be the ones breaking them, and the reason they are in place. Safety is Greens Edge #1 concern, and it is evident in every aspect of the facility. So Happy this is my NEW HOME!
We moved here after we were displaced by Hurricane Ian. We are older and used to a single family home. We could not have been more pleased. The management is very attentive as is maintenance. The grounds are very well maintained. Neighbors have been very friendly. The apartments are spacious and quiet. We have been very happy!
The apartments are gorgeous and the views from the porches are breathtaking been living here for 5+years and I love it the pool is amazing and huge they even have grills to cook while you enjoy the pool the landscape is also a good view while coming from work highly recommended!

I have been a renter for around 5 years. Living at Greens Edge has been perfection. When shopping the area, I came across this property. It caught my eye because the units don't look like the typical apartment. We decided that we were going to live here after relocating from Orlando. Kim was the first person we spoke to and she has been amazing. The property is well kept. They pressure wash the building once a month. My AC recently went out on a Saturday evening. On Sunday morning it was fixed within 30 minutes. The property itself is wonderful. We truly love living here.
They will be good at taking your deposit, add on hidden fees, wannabe luxury, money hungry and rude.
My husband and I sold our home up north and moved to Green’s Edge in 2019. We are very happy living here. The apartments are large with 3 bedrooms and a den. Everything is updated and there is a lovely lanai, screened in.Management has just changed and they seem to be very professional. They have taken every request that I have made and acted upon it in a timely manner. The maintenance manager, Garrett is very attentive and is very dedicated to being on top of any problems. The grounds are beautiful and they are maintained very well. They power wash the hallways on a monthly basis. We are pleased to be residents here and couldn’t ask for a nicer place to live. I’ve lived here for 7 months. The people below me have complained so much. The office knew they lied. They would complain even when we’re gone for a weekend or longer. The office did nothing, if I had a problem with them being stagnant and bias, I was threatened with eviction. The man downstairs came to my door. He said nothing outside of what’s wrong with your family, when asked if we were loud, he said no. I became afraid as he was peeking in my home. I’m a single mother of 2, so of course some weird man doing that should be a problem, right? Nope! Not here! The office instead wrote up papers stating we agreed to be out in 7 days. Once on the phone Tiffany, the absurd 50 year old high schooler, started her idiotic power struggle, as her and the other girl Jade always do. You cannot talk to them. They hang up on you for being factual. No response. So I emailed stating I agreed to end my lease but not in 7 days. She falsified a document. So what does she do? Send me new paperwork stating I’m being evicted for a noise complaint and a voicemail I left in august, when the idiots below were banging on my floors for 7 minutes. They have no grounds. I will be suing. Tiffany - you’re screwed.
Now that we are working from home I appreciate this place even more. The units are huge. There aren't many luxury apartments even close to the size greensedge has. The views are also fantastic.
Beside the great leasing staff, the maintenance has always returned calls or managed any call I made for issues or information. They high power washed the outside hallways in the buildings today. I appreciate how they keep it clean. They need cleaned often due to foot traffic and the bugs normal to the area. Thank you!!
Love the views! Close to everything. I love looking outside my apartment at the golf course and seeing it everyday. The apartment is massive and fits our furniture well. The office staff is amazing!
I absolutely love living here! The leasing staff ( Tiffany, Mark and Jay) is truly amazing, they go over and beyond for their residents. We have pretty good amenities and we located in the mecca of everything. If you are looking for luxury apartment homes within a great community, this is the place for you! Moments from Colonial Blvd and quick access to I-75. Major shopping opportunities all nearby galore. Big box and small business. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nestled in a gated community overlooking a gulf course. Quiet, well maintained grounds, nice pool area.
I have lived here with my fiancé for about 2 years and it is an amazing place! Huge units, garages included and AMAZING views. On top of all of that, the front office staff makes a point to throw community events to keep everyone one huge, big family! It truly is the BEST place to live.
We have lived here for about a year and a half and love it! We searched so many properties in the area and there is no comparison as far as I'm concerned. The garage, the screened veranda, the LARGE unit and the truly gated community checked everything off of our list. The staff is great as well.

Greens Edge has one of the largest floor plans of any in this area for the rental price. Elevators and spacious Lanais overlooking golf course. Very quiet and newly painted. We love living here. Staff is great!
There are so many positive things to say about living at Green’s Edge. The apartments are large, beautiful, and updated. The kitchens and bathrooms are beautifully designed and spacious. Beyond the large amount of space you get, they also provide you with a garage for your car. Which when it’s hot in the summer or rainy comes in handy! The community is quiet, well landscaped, and clean. Every building has a trash shoot that’s taken out regularly, so I don’t have to drive to a dumpster or see nasty overflow. The maintenance team is friendly, and fast with repairs. The leasing team is soooo nice and helpful! They also always have something going on for the residents even while social distancing. I’ve loved here for 2 years and I can’t even think about moving. Additionally, the view from the patio is and incredible overview of the nature persevere and a local golf course.
Out of the three apartments we've lived in, this by far is the best! Being in your home is amazing. It feels like a house and it truly is a house. The view is outstanding! All our furniture fits very well, the elevators are very helpful and the front office staff is the best!

I have lived here for almost two years, and I really like this place, I love the view when I look out the window, everything is very well taken care of, whenever I request maintenance, I am well attended, also in the office, I like security, strolling through the condominium, my family and I are happy here!
I love my apartment! The amount of space that I pay is totally worth it. And it comes with a garage. I get to see the sunset in the evenings. Absolutely breath taking.

I moved here from New York in August 2019 and I love it. The apartments are spacious and the views are beautiful. You enjoy the sunrise over the gulf course and the sunsets are picture perfect.
