We chose & moved into this complex in Feb 23 because of the excellent price & sq footage with comparable amenities (on paper) to my last apartment. My first clue should have been that the washer/dryer which should have been in my unit was removed for repairs by office staff before move-in and it was supposed to be installed before I actually took possession of the unit. Color me surprised that it was not! Took multiple phone calls to the office and several days of trying to find other vendors that could provide the machines, before anyone corrected the problem. Then, we noticed that the HVAC system was faulty and wouldn't shut off without using an already-installed kill switch on the wall. Yes, this took multiple trips and me pointing it out during a city inspection before repairs were actually completed correctly. So many *little* issues that have turned into major irritations without reason.. Work orders languish for weeks, then get cancelled or closed without anything being done. I still have open orders from 2 months ago! Let us briefly touch on the doggy poop - it's EVERYWERE in ALL greenspaces! There is a dog park, and pet clean-up bags provided, yet most pet owners here do not clean up after their animals so the stink is crunched up by the landscapers who mow it right over. I spent the whole first 2 months looking at, dodging and smelling stinking piles of crap wherever I go in the complex or happen to leave my windows open. Its just GROSS. On a positive note, I am enjoying the view and the sq footage of my unit but that's about all. The fitness center is adequate but the bathroom has no soap, paper towels, or hand sanitizer. Do Better!

Pets are welcome, but pet owners are ultimately responsible for picking up after their pets. We provide pet stations throughout the community for pet owners, and our maintenance team does their best to deter negligence to keep the property clean. Upon moving in, the unit had not been cleaned. There was hair all over the carpets, stains on the counter tops, etc. There was also visible water damage on the ceilings which maintenance later tried to cover up with paint (also, entering our unit without knowledge to do so). Tiles are loose in the shower and the fireplace leaks water whenever it rains or snows. The front gate hasn’t worked for the duration of my lease and the pool hasn’t been operational either. Our roommates car was stolen (thanks to the gate being WIDE OPEN 24/7). The agitator in the washing machine is broken and bangs around whenever you have to do laundry. We put in a maintenance request over a month ago to have our leaky sink fixed and have yet to see repairs (we’ve called multiple times about this as well). Other than that the duration of my lease has been okay…
The apartments are very outdated which is fine for the price but management and maintenance is absolutely horrible. Our microwave didn’t work when we moved in and it took 6 months for them to get us a new one. Currently we have been without air conditioning for over 4 weeks with 90+ degree weather. Our apartment is consistently at least 3-5 degrees hotter inside than it is outside so it’s almost 100 in our apartment most days. Maintenance will mark the work orders as being done without actually coming out. Half the time you can’t even get someone at the office to answer the phone. We have had bed bugs multiple times. And parking is a joke but that’s the least of their problems.

I would not suggest even trying to live here there staff is very unpleasant if you can deal with the unnecessary rudeness and even get through the process to live here claps to you because I couldn’t do it
Towing is EXCESSIVE and reckless; my apartment alone suffered more than $1400 in towing fees when I have covered parking. Trash is unsightly from outside dumping. The office staff takes no responsibility nor accountability for their awful record-keeping and do not remedy mistakes; "he said she said " unprofessional agreements. Maintenance takes a while to complete work orders, especially regarding the campus. Resident public mailbox is damaged for break-ins. Seek other options for housing.
Management unorganized. When you call about a problem they write it on a sticky note and they forget about it. Maintenance sucks. My apartment wasn't ready on my move in date. I was suppose to have a washer/dryer but want hooked up. maintenance took them out and it wasn't replaced. In my account they wanted me to pay for it and i said no. I never had one. Never took it off my account and locked me out so i can't pay rent online. I will not recommend living here! I regret it!

dog poop everywhere, people driving 40 to 50 through the complex. unfriendly staff, unwilling maintenance crew. old and broken appliances. parking is terrible. cheapest apartments in Aurora for a reason. apartments are not updated or maintained. just go elsewhere and spend the extra money to avoid this nightmare.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. And that is coming from someone who lived in a bad part of Los Angeles for several years. They show you a beautiful unit and what you get is the complete opposite. The "move in ready" standards included paint stains all over the floors/appliances, uncleaned and unwashed carpets/floors. Stained/bubbled vinyl floors, broken appliances, broken molding, holes in the walls, and broken closet racking just to name a few. They promised to fix all of the items listed on our walk through checklist. The maintenance supervisor finally did an inspection on our unit after two months. I will update this review if/when the above issues have been address. Go spend your hard earned money living someplace else.

All I have to say after living here for 5 years, this group of people they have running this place don't care about their residents at all. Need help with your apartment? Well hopefully you can wait forever as they take several days to fix important issues and their emergency maintenance line doesn't actually work! Need an example? Had my apartment broken into and they took 5 business days to fix the sliding glass door that the robbers broke to get in! 5 days I couldn't leave my house because I couldn't lock my door and they didn't fix it! I had my water heater go out and leak everywhere and called the emergency line only to have to google how to drain and turn off the water so I could do it myself. These are just a few of the issues they did not feel warranted immediate assistance. The people in the main office are sassy assholes. They have this one guy who is the biggest jerk and talks so condescending to you that it makes you want to punch him in the face. The only one who actually tried to help me was Corliss so thank you! When I moved out, they charged me utilities at a rate higher than any other month when I lived there and turned my 600$ deposit into only $130. TLDR: the people who run this place suck and only want your money. For the price, you can live at so many other, better apartment complexes! DO NOT RENT AT GREENSVIEW!
The view and location are great. They need more staff to handle maintenance issues. We have issues where we moved in that still aren't resolved. The police come here several times a week.
I've been living at this place for half a year now and have already fallen victim to a crime. With this being a gated community you'd think the likelihood of someone being able to break into your vehicle would be reduced by at least 1%, but I've come to realize the complete opposite. I never noticed how often the gate was broken until some company pointed out that every time they've visited the gates been opened. It is true that crime will occur no matter what but just having the entrance to my home being compromised, when this was a big deal to begin with, is enough to make me write a review. I'm not from Colorado as I'm a military member and have lived in many locations. This is the first time I've had something like this occur. On top of loud neighbors the smell of weed at all times (even though it is legal) and now this. I wouldn't recommend this complex. The morning this happened I tried to speak to the manager of the units and he was rude to say the least also revealing that he's gotten an average of one call per week about theft or property damage. I'm already looking for a new place. I suggest you do the same
I love the area where I live across from the Buckley Air Force Base, living in this area even lower insurance rates.
I leave in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment for 8 years , and sometimes I strugul to pay my rent if I can win the 1 year free rent I will be very very happy thanks.
This is my 3year living here at the Greensview Appartment safe community office member are really professional.any problem with maintenance it's always been taking care of,my stay here as been good so far.
This is hands down the worst place ever!!! Management is HORRIBLE!! They are NOT people of their word! The "PROPERTY MANAGER" says one thing and does something else. They show you a "model" apartment and YOU end up with something totally different! The apartment they TRIED to give me was from the 1970's, horrible paint, carpet looks like it's the original carpet that was there since the places were built, shower??? Who knows how it was even ran since there were only 2 knobs there. Oh my gosh!! Just please DON'T COMMIT YOURSELF HERE! I'm now having to get lawyers and court involved because of the fraud that was done!!! They do FALSE ADVERTISING HERE!!! The best advice I can give is if you can find a private owner to rent from...do it! Good luck here!!!!
