Property Ratings at Greentree Village Apts - Income Qualified
One of our neighbors in a first floor unit is taking legal action against the property for sustaining a respirtory illness due to excessive mold. Exspensive items have went missing from our apartment. Maintenance staff has keys to units and are shady characters. One of them whos job is to pick up trash all day goes threw the trash in the dumbsters meticulously all day long and opens the trash bags looking for things. Maitanence staff also is incompitant and does not know how to fix anything and dont care. Property is poorly maintained dog poop and trash everywhere. Apartments in poor condition and contain asbestos in popcorn ceiling and attic. I would compare these apartments to some of the worst apartments ive ever lived in. Like i said avoid at all cost
I applied for these apartments and never heard back.. when I went into the office the lady lost my application and our money orders were just thrown into a drawer! We had to fill out new ones and wait even longer. My paperwork kept getting messed up and I spoke to so many different people that no one knew what was going on. After getting a call to turn in the last few things needed i was promised to be approved and in my apartment within the week. Than I got a call an hour later saying I was denied!!!! Waste of my time and money. I could have already been moved ito a different apartment within the month that these people screwed around. They also called me a liar about employment for my husband when his boss filled all of the paperwork out and proved he was working. Pathetic is the one word I would use to describe this place.
for the price and sq feet and the fact that some utilities are included makes it a decent apartment complex to live in .
Been living here 3 years crime free great staff have resident party's to show they care would recommend to anyone
