Stayed here before and the management and staff were always accommodating with my concerns. The location is good and the neighbors are courteous. The unit was well-kept.
The staff is really nice and when you need something done in the apartment they do in a very timely fashion
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Warning! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in here less than 3 months ago and this apartment has made my life a living hell. Let’s start easy with the air conditioner, less than 2 weeks after we moved in it was broken it took over a month then to fix it they eventually told us if we wanted it fixed we would need to move a window unit almost a half mile to our apartment. The house air conditioner then took over a month to get repaired. Now onto the floods, oh yes they flood as well. The first flood was the first rainy night we had living here and water started flooding out the top of one of our windows then water started seeping through ever wall, it took them a month to “fix it” (they just put sand around the outside walls). Then water started flooding from the ceiling in not only the bathroom but also our bedroom (come to find out it was coming from the upstairs toilet, gross). Now to a few days ago where we wake up to a flooded apartment. water starts seeping in from the walls and they don’t turn of the water for hour forcing us to clean it over and over they finally decided to turn off the water at about 9 pm leaving off all night. Then we are woken up the next morning with no notice to someone cutting into our wall. And don’t even get me started on them turning off the water at least once a week. This apartment complex is awful do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
Well managed apartments that are quiet, and clean with a good location to get on 30 (I work in Royse City) and has Walmart nearby also.

Doris takes tremendous pride in ensuring the property is clean and maintenance issues are resolved promptly. It is to her credit that our community is so pleasant to live in. Thanks for your kind words!
My son dropped his money order in the drop box to the leasing office, after trying for a week to catch someone in the office to pay face to face. They said they never received his money order. Someone got it and cashed it at the Quick Stop. The office said they had no proof he dropped it in the box, and is requiring he pay again. He’s had a drawer missing in his kitchen since he moved in. We’ve asked several times for it to be fixed, with no success. His toilet leaks and there’s a big hole in the kitchen where the washer/dryer hook up are. We were promised when we paid the deposit that his unit would look like the pictures online. It doesn’t look like that at all. He will be moving out next month, as soon as his six months are up. Regretting we moved him to this place.
Property Manager at Greenville Court, Responded To This Review
We are sorry to hear of your poor experience. We frequently ask tenants to retain their receipts, in case of just such a situation. This way, we may verify that a tenant has paid. At Greenville Court, we strive to resolve promptly all maintenance issues called into our office. We have no record of the work order you mentioned. As per the lease, all work orders need to be called into the office. This allows us to effectively execute your order in a timely manner. We highly recommend that all prospective tenants see, in person, the apartment (and the property) they will move into. Truth in advertising is vital, and we strive to maintain this value. Yet, a tenant's subjective experience at the property might not match what s/he was expecting, and may lead to miscommunication between a tenant and landlord. This would seem to be the issue here. We are proud of how we keep our apartments, and encourage prospective persons to tour our property.
