Property Ratings at Greenway Chase
It’s okay, but things could be better. Management is difficult to contact sometimes. We have an online resident portal to directly message management, but I don’t know how often they actually check their messages. You might be better off calling them. (I will say, if you ever have a maintenance issue, maintenance is very very fast to respond and fix the issue). There’s often pet waste on the ground, and that’s because pet owners don’t clean up after their animals. Also, some pet owner’s don’t leash their pets, so if you plan on living here be very cautious of that. Neighbors can be very loud. I don’t know if the walls are thin, but I have been woken out of my sleep multiple times because my neighbors was yelling. Laundry room could be improved by adding a quarter machine. There is an app that allows you to pay for your washer and dryer loads on your phone, but it is barely functional. You’re better off going to an actual laundromat. The water pressure is a little weak; however, other residents may not experience this issue. I feel like I should mention some good things, so I guess some benefits to living here is that you have access to a pool, tennis court, and fitness center. Management sometimes host gatherings for residents to get to know each other. Overall, living here is okay but it could be better if some of the issues mentioned above were fixed.

They need to hire more maintenance workers. Things are constantly breaking and no one to fix them in time

This is a great community for seniors looking to down size while it is not a perfect community management does try to keep property up and you have a pool and workout facility that you can use. It is close to shopping and good restaurants.

Jose was the person who came to repair my ice maker. He was very professional and efficient, he even wore the shoe covers unlike the others. After telling Jose that I was taking meds for sinus infection, he checked my furnace filter that hadn't been changed in years. Even though several work orders had been put in for the furnace not shutting off and making noises. The furnace was repaired without the notice of a filthy black filter. Jose went over and beyond to ensure proper function of my furnace and ice make. Awesome work Jose!!!

This is a nice area to live we have some flaws but when ask I get them taken care of. I have lived here for eight years and I love it. Because the people in my building makes it a nice place to live.

I feel if you have a tenant 9to 10 yrs. There should be something new done every year but greenway chase doesn't follow. They give you a list of things that they will do according to the years spent before you renew your lease. But all of the things i have requested has not been done are I'm constantly getting the run around and every year my rent goes up very high but nothing's done.

Greenway Chase is a great community that had a good mix of families. Retirees and singles. Property is always being maintained. Neighbor friendly community.

Location presents access to schools, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banking & medical/dental services within 5 minutes. Greenway Chase has great curb appeal, manicured grounds & well maintained exterior of buildings.

The community is a overall nice and the scenery is nice to look at. Having a pet is not an issue and they have a dog park for all us dog lovers.

Nice apartment in a decent neighborhood
Very quiet community! I loved that I could see my unit before moving. The application/moving process was with ease!
residents should have better parking than visitors, strangers walking the lot all types of the day and night, we need security BAD, cameras are only at the office we also need it around the complex PLEASE, my car been vandalized more than 3 times, we need a night drop box for the rent, residents pay an extra $5 dollars to check online for rent viewing UNBELIEVABLE, the property value looks like it going down in North County and moving in younger people.
It's a excellent place to live. I've been here for 2 years with no issues. No break ins, no loud music, yes you may hear the neighbors but that is very rare!!! No leaks, ac, dishwasher, everything works great.
Greenway Chase is worth the move because management is constantly in contact with residents for comments, concerns, questions,and "How can we assist you."

Living here is pretty great. However, the price is kind of high. It's OK with the value you received. I've just moved in here for a month so I cannot give a detailed review. Because of covid-19 pandemic, there are many inconveniences but for me, it's still an amazing and right choice to live here.
Having security and feeling safe is very important to me. Being here has need a blessing with safety and comfort, i love it here.

I was very excited about moving in, but lately things has really change. Too many people in one house, drop trash on the ground don't pick up and walking dogs and not picking up behind them. I like my home just want it be like it was 8yrs ago when I moved here.
Nice renovated apartments! Management is great! A bit pricey, overall best apartment Ive had so far.
Since being there we had some minor issues but they have corrected them to our satisfaction. The atmosphere with office and maintenance is excellent the property is clean quiet and has alot of parking space

I love my apartment Im close to everything. I love how the front office is always willing to work with you and they always have something going on. The only issue I have is the Rental Rates Im willing to stay but only if they could change the rates just a little bit
I’ve been at Greenway for 2 years at first I really like these this apartment complex but the crime is getting worse and worse , no security at all. I’ve had my car broken into many of times and also have had to put it in the shop because of whatever the thieves did when they popped my doors that triggered my check engine light to come on. I’ve lost A car from an accident in this complex that ended up being totaled by another resident in this complex, had to get a new car. Haven’t even had my new car for 2 months yet and I caught thieves trying to steal my tires then ran into the neighborhood behind the complex. Avoid moving into the back apartments there are always random cars that are sitting and watching it’s creepy . And only 3 weeks before they tried to steal my tires I told the leasing office about break ins and the lady up front I don’t know her name but she has braces and sits at the first desk just basically told me crime happens and the police doesn’t care either she also stated that she got robbed for her car and basically since I have a nice car I will be a target where ever I go that comment made me feel 10 times worse . I asked to move my apartment and she said that would be fine for an updated apartment for about $50 more than what I was already paying which threw me off even more because from the jump I’ve wanted an updated apartment but then she goes and says that’ll renew my lease for another year and the cost for the upgrade would be $200 . That’s a no go I don’t feel safe at and these apartments aren’t the cheapest, I just feel like they would care a little bit more for their tenants but they don’t especially with me being a returning tenant for 2 years now I wish I would have to write a review like this because I’ve told so many people about how nice these apartment were at first but nope not anymore this place is a nightmare oh yeah and you will constantly have kids from the school cutting through gates and parking lots from the school right in front of the complex, you would think they would put locks on these gates and make it more safer but no again , I have to leave this place ASAP.
Our building has had no Outside cosmetic upkeep ( Painting) concrete cleaning Landscape upgrade..bare minimal and looks bad I have checked other buildings in this complex and It appears that 3512 looks the worse Looks

Staying at greenway manor is great!!! Its space for a in-unit washer and dryer for your apartment, so no sharing. But if you don't have that they have one by the fitness center. The fitness center is tiny but the machines all work great. Now your neighbors may be a bit lazy and leave trash around but maintenance usually comes and tries to clean it up. Can't blame greenway for messy neighbors. Overall i am positive if things continue this way i will renew my lease
From the time I was scheduled (online) for a tour, through my acceptance, I was treated with respect. After the tour and instructions on qualifying for residency, the office personnel kept in touch. They're always friendly and professional. They work together like a family which is an indication of how they'll treat you. The great maintenance crew is prompt and efficient.
I like living here. The overall response rate from management & maintenance is 24 hours.
The experience so far has been lovely but I have not been here long enough to decide if this is an amazing place or not. Sure its comfy and roomy and quiet, but its only been a week.
I have been here seven years. I hope this can be my permanent home.
So far, I am enjoying my stay at Greenway Chase community housing.My apartment is cozy- neutral/peaceful environment.Landscaping makes very favorable curbside view.I love the trees-the parking lot & streets leading to my residence are very clean& maintained very well.Management is very informative re:upcoming maintenance appointments & events held for the community.i would recommend family/friends/strangers to inquire about residing with Greenway Chase community.
Greenway Chase has been my home for a total of five years (left the state for a job and when I came back and moved back in). It is by far the best community in Florissant to live in. Safe, clean, and the staff is responsive and friendly.
It is a great environment and in a great location
Overall my time here has been above average.
I love my apartment and the layout as well as leasing management. I would highly recommend greenway chase apartments to family and friends.
