I have been living here for 6 months and have enjoyed it. They keep the grounds nice and clean. The maintenance people are all friendly and constantly picking up any trash left around the complex. The office staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful as well. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

I have been without hot water for 3 days... with no notice of when I will be getting hot water. the office never answers the phone and takes 2 weeks to answer an email. When an emergency shut off of the water happened at 7:50 at night with no warning all they do is sent out an email the next day saying sorry and oh yeah we are going to be closed today so you cant get a hold of us. and since that email no other communication about it. there is dog poop everywhere and they tell people to use the bags provided that they only refill once every couple of months so there are none. They don't care about the property or you. they just want to over charge you and take your money.
This property literally does not have hot water for almost a month and is unlivable. During the day, they shut the water off completely. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Horrible, horrible place to live.
I've lived here now for about 2 and a half years. When I first arrived here, the management team, the maintenance staff were congenial and took care of things decently. As of September 2022, a new management company, CAF Management, Frisco, TX, has taken over and the result is that things have gone horribly. There is little to no personal interaction, maintenance requests are not taken care of in a timely manner, and literally everyone I have talked to is about to move out, including me. They push amenities, while major water leaks continue to be more than a nuisance. If you're thinking of living here, just be aware of what is going on around here.
I have lived here for a year and Amanda has gone the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. I am going to renew my lease one more year. I strongly recommend this great place I call home.

Apartments are infested with centipedes, millipedes, ants, wasps and cockroaches. They are literally everywhere (wish I could upload pics to show PROOF) Had the worst experience of my life as I am terrified/horrified a HUGE Phobia of centipedes and them creeps where everywhere, crawling all over the walls, carpets, restroom, bathtub, kitchen, I would find them in my pillows. Had to put tape around the apt to try and stop them from coming in. But not even an exterminator could kill them. And when I tried to complain to the apt, the asst mng said they dont hurt. My fear and phobia of centipedes has gotten worst since I lived at Greenwood. a year in hell!!!

Location and price made apartment very reasonable. It’s close to work, shopping centers, and is a relatively safe neighborhood. Ladies in the leasing office were always very friendly and helpful. I had signed my lease online before visiting the apartment complex and was glad I didn’t have to worry about the safety of the location. When I was comparing against other apartments, I was worried about pests but thankfully I never had an issue after moving in (besides wasps, but management was helpful/diligent in removing their nests). Currently deciding to leave Greenwood creek to move to a “younger area” but would definitely consider moving back.

I can not recommend that anyone move here. We chose Greenwood Creek because it was an affordable option for our family relocating to South Fort Worth. Upon move in we were charged unexpected fees for gate key fobs, and our apartment was not ready upon our arrival. It’s was being shown to prospective tenants the morning of our move in, so I was asked to wait with our movers and family until they were finished (well after my scheduled arrival time). When touring we were told we would have a fully upgraded and renovated unit. Upon moving in we were disappointed to find out this was not true. The cabinetry and finishings are cheap (the cabinets do not even store standard size plates and bowls), the dishwasher does not properly fit into the spot, shaking while washing, and the surface of both our tubs began peeling off within just three months. Our AC has been running non stop everyday, causing insanely high energy bills, and when the maintenance inspected it they simply told us WE needed to regularly clean the coils. They made no attempt to further investigate the issue. On top of these management and maintenance issues, tenants bring their dogs to the dog park at all hours (understandable), and people are very loud at the pool. I would not consider this a quiet neighborhood. Additionally, many of our neighbors regularly smoke cigarettes and weed on their patios at all hours. The smell is OVERWHELMING and comes into our living area and bedrooms (cheap, thin, terribly insulated walls). This is not a great option for anyone with allergies or children. There are better options nearby that will provide better safety, support staff, and overall cleanliness for a comparable price. Keep looking.
Although the complex is nice and quiet, it takes an Act of Congress to get things fixed. Rent goes up at least $50 when it's time to renew, and it takes a few minutes to get water hot enough to wash dishes. Run away...
I feel amazing living in these apartments. This apartment has a gym, reserved parking space, creek nearby, office room, gated community good maintenance, and great friendly people all included with your rent! The price is very affordable and you get great amenities included. The apartment manager, Lana, is very friendly and helpful and she always takes care of my needs, whether they are big or small. These apartments are very close to many restaurants, shopping (Target, costco, Sam's club, walmart), highways, and schools. It is very safe with 24-7 gates perfect for students. I feel happy to be living at these apartments and will rent again.
This is a great location just on the edge of Fort Worth and Benbrook with beautiful scenery. Not everyone gets the luxury of having the trinity river flow through their complex with a nice walk over bridge. We really enjoy the experience of nature while living in the city. Greenwood Creek is close to the interstate yet sits in a quiet area with little no crime and all the neighbors are great. Management has met every concern I've come across and they've been minimal. The office staff are kind and eager to help. I really enjoy living here!
This apartment hasn't been updated since the 70's. There is no ice maker and the parking is down right awful! There's no room to back up and if all the parking spaces around you are full, it's very hard to get in your space. The posts for the covered parking are in the wrong place...at the front! This makes the parking even more challenging! The neighbors are loud and the dryer vents are right next to the front doors so you smell and feel the exhaust from all the apartments in your area.
I have lived here for over three years and have enjoyed every minute. The community is nice and quiet with a feeling of family with ones neighbors. The manament and maintence staff are very quick to solve any issues that arise with extreme professionalism. The property is well maintained and the pool is always imaculant and ready to enjoy. I am happy to call this community home.
Love the shade, the layout, the amenities, the choices, the layout, but on top of that the staff is awesome!
This is my first time ever renting. The the staff at greenwood creek made my experience very comforting. I was able to get all my questions answered at any time! I also thought the pricing was very reasonable for the area and extras the apartments themselves had to offer! And the maintenance crew is awesome!
