Hamilton Township sits on the east side of Trenton, roughly forming a triangle between the Delaware River, Mercer County Park, and the turnpike. Just over an hour’s drive from both New York City and Philadelphia, those choosing Hamilton apartments have convenient access to two of America’s most distinctive cities (rail service has made Hamilton a popular home base for commuters as well).
Hamilton is also home to one of the largest municipal parks in the state (the 350 acre Veterans Park) and borders the 2,500 acre Mercer County Park. Grounds for Sculpture on the northwest edge of the township is one of the community’s major landmarks, with dozens of works of art on display across 42 acres of parkland.

Property Ratings at Greenwood Village
I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was absolutely horrible and I hope others don’t go through the same thing. I moved out of my apartment the same week I moved in. Within three days I encountered roaches, plumbing issues, and electrical issues. I spoke to the neighbors and it turns out others were having similar experiences and even saw some mice. The apartments are so roach infested that extermination will not work and if you ask for help that’s where they direct you. I tried to hold on but the roaches were crawling over my bed, inside the fridge, and all over the walls. I found 15 roaches within one hour and that was on my move in day! Despite being kind, the supervisor was extremely disrespectful and simply said “I’m not seeing anything” after “checking” the apartment. In the end, I had to throw out a brand new set of couches, a bookshelf, an air fryer, and a TV among other things because I found endless roaches living in them. I wasted so much money. The last time someone shared a good review was back in 2015:(
Simply put don’t move here. The mice and roaches are out of control. The property my look beautiful on the out side but the inside is disgusting. And be prepared to park far away from you apartment at night and walking to it. (RUN!!!!)

From the unprofessional staff to the roaches, and the mice this place is not worth moving to, take my word for it! I was told by Turquoise (a person not to be trusted) that the model apartment in the photo was the only apartment that was laid out in that way, only to find out later from a neighbor that they have those models available for rent. My rent has also been misplaced before by staff. Even though I am a clean person the pest problem is sickening! The roach spray they use encourages more roaches to be born, they don't address mice, and are extremely nonchalant to tenants' issues. Please don't move here!
I rated it good because I love the courtyard, the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, the space available inside the apartment.
My apartment is nice I have one of the newer ones and I have been there 3 years and I have no complaints. When there is any type of problems they are addressed right away. It is located to a grocery store a convience store and the bus stop is right there by my apartment so I don't have to walk far. it is in a quiet neighborhood.
