Grey House

concierge 5 stars Location 3 stars:there is always traffic even on the weekends. it can be very noisy if you get an apartment facing Westhiemer. Building: 4 stars, inside is very Beautiful, but flooring is low quality, there are only 2 elevators. IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO GUEST PARKING!! Guests have to park either on the street ( paid parking) or on River oaks parking garage (also paid parking) In both cases, your guests then have to walk all the way to the main entrance ( 2-5 minutes walk depending on where they park) , talk with the concierge so they can let them in, take an elevator and then walk 2-5 minutes depending on where your apartment is located. If your apartment is near the service elevator, just be prepared that some days it will be reserved for the whole day. So you will have to take the stairs from level 2 all the way to your apartment floor, or you park near the other elevator, and walk for 5 minutes to your apartment ( it's okay, but not convenient if you are carrying groceries)

Nice complex but it has a major problem with barking dogs and dog urine smell.

Ive had issues with fixtures in the apartment. The staff has been exceptionally proactive with every one of my needs and the staff who comes to the apartment to deliver the service has been every bit of exceptionally successful at completing the task. They deserve all of the recognition. I am truly pleased living here.

I love grey house and but as a young female I would make it a known factor to others my age/stature about the to lack of security and cameras when recommending.

There are too many concerns and issues to type and they fall on deaf ears. Overall not happy with management. Concerns, issues and situations are not handled in a timely manner or sometimes not at all. I have completed surveys with concerns and no one has ever commented or reached out to me. The property is great but poorly maintained and managed. I have addressed numerous concerns with the property staff and management with no results. If I could do without penalty, I would leave property immediately.

The place is amazing cleanliness and convenience to restaurants and shopping!! Love it.

We moved in recently but think we will enjoy the location and proximity to shops and restaurants. The concierge desk is always polite and willing to help.

Great location, I appreciate the management company keeping the common areas clean, mopped and organized especially during these COVID times. Traffic is often not favorable due to the locations popularity and sport car owners love revving their car engines especially in the middle of the night which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I can say Ive enjoyed living here, I wish the office would have more tenet activities and meet and greets.

Well maintained and peaceful place to be at in the city. Considering being in a retail driven area I was concerned about to much outside noise, but its quiet when you want it to be, and when you need some liveliness you just have to walk out the properties front doors!

Highly recommend the property! You won't be disappointed.

I love Living at Grey House in River Oaks District. Every day seems like a holiday being here. The staff are top notch and extremely friendly. I love it here!

Excellent Maintenance, Concierge is excellent! I would recommend this community to everyone. Ive lived here over 3 years and Im a Real Estate Broker so it would be easy for me to find another place but I keep renewing my lease.

Overall one of the better communities in Houston, great location, good amenities, and nicely appointed features and finishes. Could use more upkeep in terms and cleanliness and maintenance but nothing that can't be fixed if brought up.

Overall a nice atmosphere but management is not good.

Grey House Apartment is excellent, I like every minute of living here.

The doors on the way from parking elevator to a room might be too many (at least for me). It is tired to come back room when I bought something heavy or a lots of stuffs from grocery store.

Overall grey house is a great community. The personal experience itself has been unpleasant due to loud neighbors above my until.

Absolutely amazing luxury apartment complex with the location being so prime and the management team so incredible I would not choose to go else where. Grey House is the perfect living space!

We are here since few days. We love our apartment so European!!! All the staff is so polite and try to help you in all the situations. So happy to move on Grey House.

GreyHouse is a pleasant place to live that feels like both a resident and a luxury apartment home. Although I have not explored all that the community has to offer, it is exciting to see the available optionality. GreyHouse is an excellent community with amazing staff. I always feel valued and the gorgeous finishes make this place top notch. I love the location and amenities too! Doesn't get better. No reason to look elsewhere people. You will love living here!

They hire lots of staffs who take care of all issue in the apartment. They have great responsibility on our life. For instance, cleaners always clean poolside, passages or common room... I love it!!

I cannot commend The Grey House enough. I have lived in several apartment blocks in Houston and this is by far the best from every perspective. The management staff are excellent. The rent represents excellent value for money and it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It has everything I needed.

The new management team has made Grey House a really great place to live... clean, secure, friendly, all in an upper end environment and a great location. Five Stars.

Had an issue with the locks on my door and let the front office know of the issue and within 30 minutes the problem was fixed. Great service today!

My initial impression was great about the staff; Monica was great in getting our needs and following up with our renter’s agent. The concierge follow-ups with packages and maintenace was too fast. Grey house overall is a very fancy place to live in in terms of location being walkable distance from Galleria or Highland villange and in terms of cleanliness and safety.

Beautiful apartment complex just 5 minutes from The Galleria. Very quiet, and my balcony faces the shops/restaurants of River Oaks District. Beautiful “neighborhood” and having iPic just steps away is a fabulous bonus. I love living here.
