Don’t live here. They are the only complex in all of Asheville that did nothing in regards to rent because of the hurricane. If they don’t help their residents in a time of need what makes you think they will ever help? Stay away!!

I walked in to see if I could take a tour. I did not have an appointment. Autumn the young lady who was working up front was so accommodating to our request. She made time to give us an excellent tour. The grounds and apartments are spectacular. The pool area is like a dream. During our tour Autumn was equipped with all the answers we had. Could not of had a better experience. Definitely has moved to the top of our list. Thank you

We came to look at the property on a Saturday about 45 minutes before the office closed. While we didn’t have an appointment we were hoping to at least get some information. When we walked in the woman at the desk never got up to greet us and said all the appointments were done for the day. I understand that it’s almost closing time but she acted like it was such a burden to even hand over information. We were coming in from out of town and only had the day to see properties and were lumping apartments in by area and unfortunately this one was at the end of the day. Feeling so unwelcome we walked out and watched as the woman locked up and got in her small car to drive away at 4:30 while online it says they’re open until 5. It was all very disappointing.

If you are looking to move, AVOID AT ALL COST!! I have lived in Greymont since they first built the building, 4ish years ago so this is from experience. Advertised as luxurious apartments with all these great amenities. It is all a lie. The said amenities are constantly broken or not open. The reality is that it is an UNSAFE and very trashy area to move into. The pool is open two months out of the year, and even then, there is no upkeep and its constantly filled with trash of alcohol cans floating in the pool, the chairs are so ripped you can sit in them, and bathrooms are filled with uncleaned throw up for days. It is supposedly a gated community, what a lie! The gate has been broken for TWO YEARS, which is crazy. My car is constantly broken into and bikes are always being stolen, along with sketchy characters circling around. Also very hostile neighbors, have made me feel severely unsafe. Old creepy men asking me where I live, etc. I would not let kids roam around here freely. Getting mail here is atrocious experience and it has taken weeks of getting sent to talking to different people just to get a package. Supposedly smoke free but the stench of cigarette smoke is always lingering. People don't clean up after their dogs and you will always step in poop as soon as you leave your door. Maintenance is also nonexistent, I had no running water, not able to flush toilets, take showers, etc. They didn't show up for days, literal DAYS. All of this and they will charge you insane prices, save yourself the sanity unlike me and avoid these apartments at all cost!

This is one of the best complexes I have stayed at. The price is comparable to others in the area but the amenities and overall apartment layout are much better than others I have seen. Brett was very helpful when I was locked out of myself apartment. He was very kind and attentive to any needs we had.

Mgmt tells you one thing during tours & move-in and then changes rules without any communication. You just get told that something you were doing (that you were told was OK when you were shopping for a place to live) is now against the rules and you'll be fined. Trash service - which is mandatory - is terrible and results in massive piles of garbage accumulating over the weekend at the compactor. Build quality is terrible - thin floors/ceilings - I can hear my upstairs neighbor in the toilet, low quality appliances, walls aren't straight so tile looks terrible & carpets are low quality & not installed well. Run run run away.

I absolutely love living here! The office staff is very responsive and friendly, especially Samantha. If ever a issue does occur they act fast and provide a resolution. This is my 3rd apartment complex in Asheville that I have lived in and it is definitely the best!! I love the wooded view I have from my apartment and the amenities. The office staff and company have been able to navigate through the pandemic safely and still keep the amenities open for use. All in all, I would highly recommend this property for your next home.

This has been by far my favorite residence since moving to Asheville. Having stayed at 2 other properties in the area prior to this one; it has been the best. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful property is beautiful and the location is perfect. I highly recommend greymont for anyone looking a new apartment well located in the Asheville area

Greymont village is an awesome place to live in Asheville. The whole staff has been very friendly and helpful. Samantha and Kaitlin helped me through the leasing process and with all of my questions. I love the amenities and the pool. I COULD NOT ask for a better experience here!

Don’t look to live here! There has been a huge turn over rate at their office so you’ll never get to know anyone. They don’t take concerns or complaints seriously. They just tell you to call the on duty officer if there is any issues. The walls and floors are paper thin where you can hear peoples full conversations. There is also a lot of dog poop everywhere around the complex. Don’t think about ever using any of the amenities because those are all shut down. The gates are terrible and are always broken which defeats the purpose of living in a secured complex. The valet trash services are terrible and don’t pick up on scheduled times. Management always have an excuse for everything and don’t take any responsibility for anything. Will not be renewing my lease.

The walls and floors are paper thin, and you can hear every single move a neighbor makes. Rampant drug use is ignored by staff, its evident because of the lack of insulation between units. As I've seen before, the fixtures SEEM incredible, but there's barely enough water pressure to run the shower. The staff is horrible (Minus Jonathan, who is awesome), they dont care about you one bit. If there's an issue, it is waved off unless its lease breaking. Maintainance is rude, the leasing office is condescending, and the corporation behind it all is unphased by the issues of their residents. Go anywhere else but here.

Cheap fixtures that only photograph well, very noisy neighbors, thin walls and seemingly zero insulation between apartments. My cat was let out by an employee with a key (accidentally? still not sure) and she was missing for 5 weeks. They wouldn't even let me hang missing posters near my apartment. The staff is dim and unresponsive, the rent is way overpriced, the neighbors smoke with impunity, and the front gate was broken for 11.5 of the 12 months we lived there. Dog poo everywhere, parking kind of a nightmare, and oh, did I mention NOISY? If I could have given it zero stars, I would have.
