Greystone at Inverness

Single renter/60. I just moved in but I already LOVE it. The office staff is friendly, polite, and willing to help me over and over and over again. I feel very safe here with the security gates and in apartment alarm systems. The townhouse is like living in an affordable home with every amenity. Nice walking paths and “doggie parks”. Smaller buildings mean ample parking. Such a quiet, peaceful place to call “HOME”.

Have been in both phase 1 & phase 2 (10 years ) & a great place to be your home .friendly front desk & officers.easy access to grocery & hang out places.

It’s been a wonderful stay and experience at the apartments, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love the apartment amenities. Kids love it here.

This is a great community to live in. Customer service is outstanding from the management office team to the maintenance team. The property is always kept nice and clean which is a plus and if there's a maintenance issue in your unit, maintenance takes care of it right away. I absolutely love this apartment community.

I’ve been living at Inverness at GREYSTONE for over a year. My neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The property is very clean and maintained. The staff members are very polite and professional. There is something planned each month that allows us meet other neighbors. I feel safe living here and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I moved here in July of this past summer. Since I've moved here I've had no issues. My apartment is very nice and has modern color schemes. The neighborhood is very safe and is kept very clean. The properties are maintained very well here!

Great place to live, been here since 2018. place is clean and well maintained, location is perfect. recently had to request for some maintenance requests via the mobile app, Noah, the maintenance tech was quick to arrive and fixed the problem.

It is indeed a beautiful place to live you can experience the real nature. As if you are in the lap of Mother Nature. It’s really calm community Cleanliness is the key here. Gym is fanatic

I’ve been living in Greystone over 5 years and I haven’t had to many bd experiences. I love the overall layout and staff and maintenance comes out pretty fast so I don’t have any issues.

My mom and I moved here from Providence, RI in August of 2020 and we have signed a new lease every year since then. It is a beautiful place to live, very quiet, the property is maintained very nicely and the management staff are very professional. We will be definitely signing another lease in 2025.

I’ve been here a year now and my experience here has been good so far. I’ve had minor issues that were solved immediately. The areas are always neat and clean. I would recommend the property to others.

We just moved in here 3 days back and Im so speechless and extremely happy when the first time we enter into the apartment, its a 2 bedroom unit, my children loves it so much because its spacious, very clean and luxurious. Apart from that, its a very quiet community and its really perfect living here.we love it here, the staffs of greystone are very accomodating and kind. They always welcome you with a sweet smile. Thanks to Mr. Rueben.

Neighbors are great, they even donate us some furnitures since we are new here in states. And the staffs are all accomodating and approachable.

The location is prime - near a shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre and interstate access. The community is quiet and clean. The apartment staff can benefit from implementing a complaint process that is more objective and structured.

I absolutely loveeee this neighborhood. It’s amazing, I always feel so safe. It’s always so quiet, there is nothing I can complain about. I hope to renew my lease.

I had a great experience living here at Greystone. The entire staff was awesome. Great amenities and very convenient for shopping, entertainment, and dining.

My husband and I have been here for a few weeks and it is amazing so far. The people are kind and helpful, the facilities are nice and up to date, and the apartments are beautiful!

So far, so good! The apartment is quiet and roomy. When I have a problem, maintenance is usually prompt in repairing the problem. People in the office are friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculately maintained.

Great neighborhood and it’s close to. Shopping and great schools. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a nice place to live then this is the place for you to call home.

So far so good. If I have maintenance needs, you usually respond in a reasonable timeframe. Your personnel are friendly and helpful. The outside areas are immaculate. The apartment in roomy and peaceful.

I love living here in Greystone. It is a great community and it is in an amazing location. The amenities are great. I love that I don’t have to leave the community for a fitness facility or pool. There is even a basketball court and a doggy spa.

I been here for 3 years and I haven’t had any big issues that couldn’t be fixed. They keep the area around here looking pretty good. And the office staff is nice.

My resident experience at Greystone @Inverness has been quite satisfying , accommodating, inspiring,,enjoyable and safe. The environment is conducive to sound, diverse, pleasant and uplifting dimensions. The community is safe, clean, friendly, caring, and exceptionally accommodating. There is a sound family-friendly as well as single living atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Greystone @ Inverness to those special people who enjoy a uniquely beautiful experience!

I have just recently moved in and I have to say that I have enjoyed my experience so far. The staff were extra helpful when I first got there and have been ever since. I have no complaints so far.

Nice, tranquil environment. No loud noises from neighbors. Quick response from leasing office of any questions asked. Enjoying this place so far. No complaints.

Overall, my experience has been good here. We have only had one issue with the air conditioner leaking, but it was resolved quickly by the maintenance team

Community is well kept. The pools are clean. The compound well maintained. Apartments are well furnished. The maintenance team is responsive to any requests and incidents. The team at the leasing office are always very helpful

The phase 1&2 are getting old. Everything in the apartment is older furnishings. And the rent just keeps getting higher and higher. The apartment is getting older.

The construction done on building 14 was not at all intrusive or inconvenient. For that I am very grateful. The gentlemen hired to redo the porches are super kind and respectful. Management handled the roll out of it very well during reasonable hours. The only bit of feedback I have for management is that on some of your emails you’ll advertise great events but the flyer or body of the email doesn’t say where the event is. Only when.

Just moved in and is a very nice community. Still learning the ropes and everything but the apartment I moved into was in great condition. Especially for being one of the older models.

Maintenance crew works hard to keep things up. Exercise room is great to workout in. Our home is a great place to stay! It is close to my work.

I was happy here until my apartment kitchen and dining area was flooded/ let me remind you I live in the new construction. As bad as the leak was I would have thought that they would have did more. Absolutely no follow up calls or nothing. Just remember when you see one of the new one bedrooms available that it had a leak in the past. Also leaks were coming from all light fixtures in my place. I pay my rent early every month and they showed absolutely no care in the world.

As the years go by living in Inverness at Greystone was a lustrous experience. Unfortunately, recently my shine is less brighter. I have lived currently in now all three phases. It breaks my heart that Phase 3 has had so many problems and to hear a staff member justify the problems made things worse. I thought listening and at least trying to please the residents would be of upmost importance. As a mature and older resident, I felt the need to be honest, about the displeasure of residents in building 38. Personally, I maintain the contractor rushed to complete the last building by September 2023.

Greystone Inverness has friendly staff, pretty scenery, and quiet neighborhood. Rent is fairly priced for living on the north side of Columbus, close to many attractions & shopping areas.

It's been almost 6years here and I like living here every one is nice. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.Some neighbors aren't too friendly but I keep to myself.

I have been a 9 year resident and that says a lot. The community is quiet and and a great family place to live. Whether it’s short term or long term.

I've had a very pleasant experience here since my last review. Everyone in the front office is kind and helpful. They really do care about the resident experience here.

I’ve been here for nine months now, and to be honest this is the best complex I’ve lived in. It truly feels like home .. not just an apartment. The staff is always eager to assist with any concerns I may have… even the smallest. I will be residing here until I decide to purchase… no doubt about it!!

Inverness is a nice family community. Great schools in the area. Been here for 6 yrs. And we love it here. Make sure to check out the brand new phase 3 . They have amazing floor plans.

Nice property, very peaceful and easy access for shopping dining and entertainment. The entire staff and maintenance team is awesome. The new phase 3 is very nice with all upgrades amenities.
