Just moved in to Greystones at Maple Ridge and have had the most WONDERFUL experience. Traci and Frances in the office have been so kind and welcoming. I'm from out the area and needed to choose a property sight-unseen. Property is quiet, close to shops, apartment spacious, lots of parking. My new home!

I enjoy living here, it's very peaceful, everyone is friendly and the staff is always prompt and efficient with all of your needs. The neighborhood is a great location

Everything here is great, from the staff to the people that lives here. The complex is very quiet and clean. The pool is awesome and the gym is always clean as well. Such an awesome place to live.

WOW! Mapleridge at Greystone has been HOME for me the last 3 years. As I pulled into the community yesterday, it was so refreshing to see the manicured lawns, beautiful flowers, trimmed shrubbery, and neat sidewalks. The community takes so much pride in their work around here. There are always ground crew(s) working hard during the day to give us this beautiful landscaping and neat streets, breezeways and parking areas. Thank you all, Tracey, Frances, Chandler and Mason for keeping the beautiful outdoors of my home beautiful! Welcome home!

Been living here since 2020 and I really enjoy it. It's a great location, it's convenient, you're minutes from everywhere. The facilities are well kept and both the office (Kara and Francis) and maintenance teams are awesome. They do a great job of taking care of the residents. Highly recommended

The environmental sanitation management here is very good. I like living here very much. I hope more friends can choose to join here. It's very quiet and quiet here. I'm very happy to be in such a good mood here.

I am completely new to the state and just moved here yesterday. Kara was absolutely wonderful when it came to helping me find an apartment very last minute. I was definitely impressed by the size of the apartment and I love the location. When I arrived, Frances welcomed me in and showed me around until I met Kara. These ladies are very polite and very welcoming.

Even though I just moved into the community, I am already very impressed. Kara took care of me and helped me make this last minute move happen fast and smooth. The apartment is better than expected. I absolutely love my layout and the area of the building is in a great spot.

Kara and Frances have made moving here so simple and easy. They are so kind, and always available to answer any questions you may have! The property is very clean, updated, safe, and quiet. I highly recommend this staff and property!

Greystone at Maple Ridge has been my home for almost 3 years now. It has great amenities to include beautiful grounds, pool and gym. I’ve recently been taking advantage of the automobile cleaning area which does a great job vacuuming my car! The office team has been wonderful with managing some maintenance issues I have had recently with their quick response and diligence to ensure the issue was completely resolved.

My husband and I have lived at the maple ridge apartments for almost a year now and we only have great things to say about it! First, the office staff are so welcoming and willing to help with whatever you bring into the office & they always make holidays very family fun and exciting! Next, we only have great things to say about the grounds and the people that maintain it! They do a phenomenal job at what they do! You really can tell they love what they do and makes a difference when people value your home as much as you do! They are always looking for a way to make our home more beautiful and more clean! Thirdly, we have felt very safe from day one and welcomed by all of our neighbors! In other words, if you’re considering putting in to make maple ridge your next home, this is your incentive!! You will not regret it!

North Columns is a great area of Columbus to live. The community is located near numerous shopping areas, restaurants, and close to entertainment such as movies, bowling, skating. Great area

Just moved here in January and this has been our favorite apartment complex/community that we have lived in in Georgia! The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues. The complex is well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need! Car wash, pool, gym, computers, printer, everything! Looking forward to living here for the next few years. Highly recommend.

Came to Columbus this week to look at apartments before my move from Savannah in May. I went on a tour with Kara very nice woman and really knew a lot about the area! She told me about an awesome dog park in Columbus that I am actually letting my pup run around at right now. The complex was super nice, clean, and felt extremely peaceful. Fingers crossed they will have something open for me before I move here. THANKFULLY they have a waiting list! Going to look another apartment tomorrow that Kara recommended, owned by the same company will review after I see it!

I don't know where to start. The property is very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel like a part of the family. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Pest control is outstanding. I have stayed in other apartments during my life and I have to say Maple Ridge has been the best. I would definitely recommend Maple Ridge to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

This is our second year here! The community is small, very clean and the apartments are so spacious. If we ever need anything done, they are right on it. The staff here are wonderful to work with and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Greystone at Maple Ridge!!!

this apartment complex is amazing. Everyone is so nice, the stores are convenient to live near and the school district is great. The property manager Dimi is so hardworking and nice, she always looks out for you and makes sure you are enjoying your time here at Maple Ridge. Francis does amazing at her job. Caleb makes your apartment equipment/amenities are working well, whenever you call he gets any problem done quickly. I would definitely recommend living here as it is safe, spacious, quiet and beautiful.

If you are looking for a place to live this is the place. The office staff will work hard to meet all your needs, and the maintenance staff will come when needed. Greystone has the best apartment homes.

Upon Moving in/out I was provided a list of items and cost if damaged. We had 4 mini-blinds that needed to be replaced for $10 each as stated. They kept deposit and sent $129 to collections on bogus charges. They will not return my call regarding this. I am a business owner and this has caused stress on my financial situation do to my credit being impacted bc of their lack of due diligence over $129!! This is after we paid an additional premium upfront for a short term lease. Secondly, the garbage disposal never worked and we were told it would be fixed....twice. Showers were clogged with hair, which I had to remove what felt like pounds from the drain so my family could shower without standing in a pool of water. We are honest people and were taken advantage of over something extremely petty. They are simply wrong and no one will help me resolve it, so I guess I have to resort to other matters.

This apartment is such an amazing place ! I was in a slight hurry to move back to my home town and the leasing agents were the most helpful out of any other apartments i've toured or lived in , in the past . 10/10 would recommend everyone is so sweet and the apartments are up to date and very home feeling. So happy to be apart of this community!

My family and I have lived here for a little over a year. There are friendly neighbors with the cutest puppies. I've utilized the gym recently, and it's neat and clean. My family and I have visited the pool, and it's been very relaxing. The kindness from the staff is always genuine regardless of who you may encounter. We are excited to be apart of the Greystone community.

The property here is very nice, inside and out. Very nice luxury apartments and it’s quiet and clean, and you also have fast food and grocery stores in walking distance. The property managers make you feel as if you’re family. I love it here
