Greystone at Riverchase

We love it here , so much better than Rock Island , quieter inside and out and it feels like home. We love the pool and playground, would be nice to put a shade over the slide when the sun shines down ion it , the kids can’t play because it burns them.

We just began our 3rd year here and we couldn't be happier! We love our apartment! The staff is incredible. They are kind, attentive, and helpful. The location is very convenient and we feel incredibly safe here. Thank you Greystone Riverchase!

Absolutely Great! Everyone I have met..not just my bldg..have been really positive..helpful...kind...all around Pretty darn good! Slowly meeting my neighbors in own apt bdg.... nothing but courteous..so kind! Could not have picked a better apartment living community.

Move in was seamless, Ms. Taniah was very helpful all the way. My family and I are happy to be here. We also love that the community is clean and quiet.

The maintenance supervisor Terry is always professional. He some times goes above and beyond the call of duty. All others worker in his department always get the job done.

We love living here, we are in our 7th year here and it only gets better and better. We have great neighbors, great amenities, and the staff continues to be excellent. Five stars, would definitely recommend.

I have been here going on 3 months. And so far my experience has been great. Any issues I have, maintenance handles ASAP. The office is always open, and the staff has made the move in very easy. And cleanliness and location is top tier !

Mylo and I absolutely love it here!! The office staff is consistently on point, always a smile and a welcoming environment. The maintenance staff is on it quickly when an issue arises. Been here a year now and I love it the staff is amazing and they stay on top of there stuff when it comes to me needing things fixed in my apartment and keeping the complex of the ground very clean

Nice place to live. It is quiet and the place has lot of families here. The maintenance team is always prompt to fix my issues. I wish the dog park area was larger.

My resident experience has been Awesome, Amazing, and Spectacular. The leasing staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the landscape is beautiful. Maintenance does a great job making sure the service requests are completed within a timely manner.

Amazing complex rooms were amazing had some issues when first got in but haven’t had time to get to people about fixing it so no option about that overall amazing experience

Greystone at Riverchase is not only spacious, beautiful, well maintained but you can feel comfortable knowing that you are getting value for your money.

Moving here was supposed to be an honor and it has only been a nightmare. Taniah was great during our application process. Catrina was also amazing during the move in. Since day one it has been a horrible experience. Our inspection list was basically full due to the previous tenant being here 3 years. We were still moved in and I’m guessing we were supposed to deal with it. So many things needed to be fixed or repaired . Now we are out of a AC unit that isn’t an emergency to anyone at this property. We’ve been very patient and nice working with everyone but we don’t even feel like residents anymore. We bragged about this property for years and to finally get here and have this experience is disappointing.

We LOVE it here! We recently moved here from Rock Island, best decision ever! It's so quiet and peaceful, everyone is so nice. My granddaughter and I love to take our walk around the community.

We have live at Greystone at Riverchase for almost a year and it has been a breathe of fresh air after living in another apartment community in the area. We absolutely love the quiet but close knit community. The grounds are always clean and well manicured. The maintenance staff always responds fast and gets the job done the first time. The office staff is always so kind and easy to work with. It has just been an all around great experience!

I could live anywhere in Columbus/Phenix City but I choose Greystone at Riverchase because of the Management, Maintenance, quick response and overall service that is provided. All of my needs are met and when I drive in and see the “welcome home” sign I am a happy resident. I have lived here 8 years and am here to stay.

Greystone at Riverchase is the place to be…management is top notch…very pleasant and welcoming team…always available when you need them. The community is well kept and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy.

I like that Greystone has a welcoming and helpful staff in office. The grounds are kept clean and manicured. It has nice peaceful clean grass paths to walk your dog. It’s a quiet and clean place . The pool is beautiful as well as the club house and gym. The pool area at night can get a little loud with music at times. Overall a very nice place to live.

Love living here! It's a lovely quite and peaceful community to live in. The grounds are well maintained. We some beautiful flowers and trees surrounding our apartments here. That is is one of the things that I like best is the lovely scenic views when you drive through our complex. It's really beautiful. The front entrance is a beautiful building and it just starts from there. Our complex is well maintained and secure. The grounds are beautiful and maintained and the apartments are as well. It's just a lovely place to call home.

Erin and Tanisha have always been amazing! They truly do everything they can to make sure you’re happy living here! I feel very safe and love my apartment here!

This has by far been the worst experience. I am very disappointed with this property. The staff is nice but the way we were given our apartment is just horrible. The unit was thrown together and just disgusting. Having to wait a weekend to have a full work order list is just uneasy.

The Graystone at Riverchase Drive is a stunning property that offers a tranquil and welcoming community. As a resident, I have fallen in love with the picturesque surroundings that make my daily walks an absolute delight. I was initially concerned about transitioning from my old neighborhood, but I have managed to establish a 5-mile walking routine on the grounds, which has been a refreshing experience. The serene ambiance and beauty of The Graystone have truly made it a special place for me.

My experience here at Graystone has been exceptional with very few exceptions involving complaints from disgruntled residents. The neighborhood inside the complex is very safe and it is well kept. Staying here is money well spent in my opinion.

I would highly recommend living at Greystone on Riverchase. The complex is beautifully maintained. The foilage is absolutely stunning in spring and summer. I love the size and layout of my apartment. The amenities are the best I found in this area. The pool area gives me the feeling of a mini resort. The complex is located in a great area of town, and is in a very convenient location. Everyone I have met is very friendly, and I feel very safe living here. The office is constantly providing events to show the residents their appreciation. It is a really great place to live.
