Two stars. It’s a fine place for young people getting their first apartment. If you are a grown adult, it’s a hard NO. The opposite of luxury, some buildings are not maintained (entrances and breezeways) filthy, no parking, no cameras, car break-ins daily. The break-ins were so bad, management handed out lo-jack locks. You have to drive your trash to one of the two dumpsters that are located on entire property. I’ll stop there…..

Would give 5 stars but some things have change. I’m tired of waking up smelling marijuana everyday, can’t get a park and constantly hearing banging noise and I stay on the third floor. When I first move here was better than now. I just feel I pay too much rent to have to deal with these problems.

The amenities are nice. The staff are friendly. Communication about upcoming events and other things happening could improve a little. I like how they schedule food trucks to come every now and then.

I would give 4 but there is much room for improvement. The weed smoking is out of control!!! The grounds are good The apts need upgrades for SURE! However the weed is horrible

Apartment is advertise as a luxury apartment. The model that was shown didn’t match the until I move into. Blinds was broken and tub was Clogged. I’m short so for this to be a problem for me it’s a problem. The Toilets are low. I feel like I’m using the bathroom on the Kindergarten hall. You hear when your neighbor shower, wash clothes, and Flushed the toilet. The Appliance are old and Outdated. Stains and Cobwebs are in the hallway when you walk into the building. Just not luxury. I was just expecting a little more.

Nice apartments and quiet area. Very convenient location as there are many businesses in walking distance. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Rent is very high though.

I will say that I’ve had a very positive experience living here thus far. I moved here from Massachusetts six months ago and find the amenities quite nice. I also find my apartment very quiet and comfortable. The staff here is very friendly and quick to fix anything that needs fixing. I will say that I wish there were security cameras in the parking lot to deter crime, but I’m told that it violates one’s privacy. I find that hard to believe as most businesses have security cameras to deter crime. I sincerely hope that changes.

This is a nice place, it's close to many shops and gas stations as well as stores. The strip mall is located within a mile. Also easy to get onto I-540.

My experience here at Grey stone has been up and down. I can say that those that are in the office now are very expedient in communication and response and they are very Friendly.My issue is Maintenance! The response to repairs does not match the quality of care as the Main Office . I feel that Maintenance may need an overhaul. Don't get me wrong there are maintenance workers that do try to do what they can but, they limited in doing what needs to be done expediently.I feel Greystone Apartments Teams should be on the same Level of care and Concern for its tenants.I do Love living Here it is easy access for me as a handicap to get to Doctors and medical facilities. As well as groceries and shopping.

The apartments are very nice and spacious, yet pricey. Can’t beat the location. I love how they have food trucks come periodically. Pest control and maintenance is great. Overall it’s a nice place to live. But crime has risen in the area and cars parked in the parking lot are frequently getting broken into or even stolen. Putting up a couple of security cameras in the parking lot could make a huge difference but they refuse to do so.

The love the area, the neighbors are very nice. I like that I am close to everything, stores, freeway etc. The office people are very friendly and welcoming.
I have enjoyed living at Greystone at Widewaters. The have a friendly and pleasant environment. The staff is very helpful when needed and I am glad for their assistance.
I have been living here for 13 years and they always seem to amaze me from resident appreciation events to quick replies on maintenance orders. They definitely go over board to make sure your maintenance needs are taken care no matter how big or small. If you are home when they come they are very friendly and communicate with about what is being done and what caused it, not that awkward silence while they are there. The office staff is unbelievable. They actually take the time to get to know you. They are always keeping the residents in the loop and planning events that encourage the residents to mingle and get to know each other. The community appearance speaks for itself. It is gorgeous. The grass is cut, the blooms are blooming and there are several pet waste trash can with trash bag available to you around the community. The maintenance guys are always walking/riding around picking up trash and emptying the pet waste trash. The office and Maintenance staff is phenomenal!
It's been almost two months since I have moved in. I love ot its quiet and clean! The girls at the office are very sweet and understanding. Before I moved I to my place they were already accoadating. I have no issues here. I'm excited to see the summer and get in that pool!!
When I first moved in, the community was nice and the front staff were very helpful. I’ve enjoyed having Seth, Heather and Samuel for help when needed. However, when this community went under new management, everything went down hill.
I love it here quite and friendly people. Very timely on fixing any problems. Very respectful staff. I will be here for a while. I don't see me leaving anytime soon
We have been living here for 6 years and we love it. It is convenient to anywhere you need to go but just far away enough to avoid the big city traffic.
The entire staff is wonderful. Both the office and maintenance teams are attentive and friendly. I have enjoyed my time living here at Greystone.
I would never suggest this place to anyone. You wanna get high off your neighbor for free because the weed travels through the vents? You got it. Wanna get high in the parking lot too where everyone else does? You got it. You want to pay more than a mortgage payment for rent but poor maintenance and old appliances? You got it. How about multiple car break ins because you pay for things like electric charging stations that EVERYONE uses including the people who don’t live here instead of security cameras? this is the place for you! I am on the countdown of moving out of this place because I don’t want all that along with loud music constantly in the parking lot, you can hear every conversation through the wall and of course the summertime entertainment of kids fist fighting each other just outside your building. This place is not worth the money it’s only going to keep declining form here.
The quality of living has gone down with the new management company. Trash every where, broken down cars in the parking lot, more noise than there used to be.
Lovely community with very friendly and helpful workers. Non-daunting process to rent here and maintenance requests are taken very seriously.

Still enjoying the apartment complex. The location works for me and it’s not too noisy. As always I would give 5 stars if the parking was better. I just feel with what I paying for rent each month I should be able to park by my apartment. I don’t feel like I should be walking from another part of parking to my apartment because there are no parks available. Their are a lot of people parking that don’t even stay there.

The pool is never monitored for non-residents. There are constant reminders because residents don’t clean up after their pets. Recently, the smell of marijuana has become more prevalent. Knightdale PD is there much more often due to calls. Great location, just not worth the price.
Love living at Greystone. Great location and the staff is always willing to work with you. Have left and returned 3 times as I always know it is where I will like calling home.
