The office staff is helpful, quick to respond and friendly. They listen to concerns and work hard to take care of their residents. Anthony Smith, maintenance supervisor, always takes care of work orders in a timely manner, and makes sure things are fixed properly with great customer service. I enjoy living a Greystone Farms.

I moved into Greystone Farms in July 2024, and I have enjoyed every minute of my residency! The community offers fantastic amenities, and I frequently use the gym and pool, which are always clean and well-maintained. The community events are a highlight, providing great opportunities to connect with neighbors and feel at home. The staff is exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

This is by far the best complex I've lived in over the years. I moved to Atlanta (Kennesaw, Dunwoody and Sandy Springs) for a few years and moved into a few "luxury" apartment communities. Apparently, "luxury" in Atlanta means "costs a ton and has a gate". Greystone Farms beats all of the complexes I've stayed at hands down. First, the staff here is AMAZING. Always nice and courteous, happy to answer questions, and always happy to help with whatever they can. Second, the amenities are insane. There are TWO pools, one with a waterfall (top level is only 3ft deep for the kiddos) and another in the back of the complex that's a little more relaxed and less crowded if you just want to float and enjoy a beverage. Third, the gym is AMAZING. Lots of equipment, weights, bands, etc, and WAY nicer than any of the "luxury" apartments I've been in Atlanta. Finally, the pricing is great! Compared to a 3br in Atlanta, this place saved me $1k+ per month and is several hundred square feet larger. I plan on getting a house at some point, but for now I can't imagine living anywhere besides Greystone Farms!

Absolutely amazing ?? The time here has truly been the best. Living in one of the best communities here in Columbus is a reward within itself!

Beautiful property, great gym, caring staff, and very clean. I especially like the dog run areas for socializing pets and the pool areas. Overall it's a great place to call home.

Our experience at Greystone Farms has been great! We don’t have many maintenance issues. Our neighbors have been great. The staff is always sweet and quick to respond. The complex is overall very nice and quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!

From the moment I set foot in Greystone Farms, I felt a sense of community that you don’t find just anywhere. I stopped by on a whim, curious to see what it was like, and by the end of my tour, I was so impressed by the staff that I submitted my application right away without even needing to see a unit! Their hospitality, warmth, and genuine care were unlike anything I’d encountered. The management team here is incredible! They are kind, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels at home. They’re always planning engaging community events, greeting everyone with a friendly smile, and making each interaction feel meaningful. They make Greystone feel more like a close-knit family than just an apartment complex. The property itself is like a retreat, always spotless with lush landscaping, and the fact that it’s in an excellent school district was a major plus for me as a parent. The gym is a fantastic perk—clean, well-equipped, and complete with a playroom for kids, making it a perfect fit for families. And the maintenance team is amazing! They never miss a call, whether it’s an urgent fix or just changing a light bulb. Always prompt, efficient, and so pleasant to interact with, they truly keep things running smoothly. If you’re looking for a place where the staff feels like family, Greystone Farms is where you want to be!

Well they made moving here very easy for me it didn’t take no time at all and it wasn’t stressful. My favorite is the gym I love it. Me and my kids are enjoying Greystone farms.

The leasing managers are kind and attentive. I like the activities they host. I also use the office amenities that are open 24/7. I prefer to workout at night as well as do office work later in the evening which works great for me.

Very good apartment with nice layout, wonderful staffs who are always ready to help. Pet friendly apartment with 2 different dog run places . A wonderful garden too is there .

This Community is excellent because of the staff. They work hard to keep it clean and everything working. They have all kinds of events for the children and parents. Free giveaways. They have different seminars for the residents. It's a clean and safe place to live.

I have been living here since 2013. The neighbors are friendly, the landscaping is beautiful and always kept together. They have recently added a garden for residents and also upgraded the car wash, gym, and dog area for small and big dogs. Very secure area with officers living on site. Walmart and the shopping area are less than a 5-minute walk away. Also the perfect location for the school area.

Well... What Can I say? This is a good place to live, the location is great, it has good facilities and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I’ve lived in this apartment for over a year now, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building is always well-maintained, and the management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, addressing any issues within hours. The apartment itself is modern and spacious, with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are top-notch – the gym, pool, and common areas are always clean and well-kept. It really feels like living in a luxury hotel! Neighbors are quiet and respectful, which makes it a peaceful place to come home to. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and community. The staff (Mrs.Danae, Mrs.Jacqueline, and Mrs.Brianna) are the best and really go above and beyond for all the residents. The maintenance team is very fast when there’s something that needs to be fixed. I guess what I’m trying to say is I love it here and you will too!

Greystone farm is a very awesome place to live the community is very clean the staff is awesome the maintenance crew is just awesome I love living here I've been living here since 2015 and I couldn't pick the better place to live.

My husband and I just renewed our lease at Greystone Farms for another year without hesitation! We love our apartment and the staff has been nothing but great! Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests and each person has been very nice. A quiet community perfect for anyone!

2 years and counting and it’s always brings peace being home. We feel so safe and comfortable living here. Very spacious apartment with great amenities. The leasing office staff is amazing! All maintenance requests are dealt with promptly. Location is also great, close proximities to stores, schools and churches.

I love it here at the farms and I would recommend you you stay here they will take great care of you. Even though we are moving I will be forever grateful for this community and the commitment they give to make sure your stay is very well taken care of.

I love it here! Leasing office managers were very helpful and friendly! They answered all of my many questions. I also found out that maintenance is extremely helpful. They wasted no time with completing orders upon move in.

Great place to settle down and call home. The community is quiet and peaceful. The community events are thoughtful and well planned. The property is well maintained and neat.

Clean, safe and spacious apartments. All leasing office staff are great with dealing with residents (esp Miss Jackie). All maintenance requests or any issues are dealt with promptly. Well maintained property with tennis court, 2 swimming pools and more. After 2 years being here, ZERO COMPLAINTS and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love living here. It is clean and quiet. It is located near great schools and is near shopping areas. It is near the highway so I can take getaways very quickly and avoid traffic. My favorite thing to do is to walk.

I only give 4 stars only because rent goes up every year but thankfully it’s only 30 increase. But other than that I love the property, employees in leasing office and maintenance crew are great. Hopefully rent doesn’t continue to increase the longer I’m here lol.

Great apartment with great staff! Jacky is one of the best. It's a pet-friendly community. It also has a nice garden where you can grow your plants. The management provides soil supplies and takes care of watering with sprinklers. There are also places to sit and relax. It's a fantastic location for renting.

Living here for the last 7 years has been great! The only reason I’m considering moving is because I want an updated apt. However the staff is amazing so I hate to leave.

The landscape is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. It's very quiet and peaceful. I enjoy sitting on my porch during the fall months. Maintenance has a great response time. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The atmosphere is so different, I love it here at the Farms , office staff is so professional . Lived here a few years back I should have never left.. Haven't been able to find the same Atmosphere or the professional service that I Received in the past. I am so glad to be back. This has also given me the opportunity to be near my daughter.

I love it here! Aside from a new noisy neighbor (I don't know why someone would bring a loud stereo system to an apartment/townhome community. That's what you have when you own a house), everything here is fantastic! Greystone is nothing but quality!
