Downtown Noblesville represents a hub of activity thanks to its combination of beautiful architecture, shops, and restaurants. Stretch your legs outside your apartment while glimpsing the city's glorious past with a stroll along Conner Street. More than 50 of these structures appear on the National Register of Historic Places. The massive old courthouse on Conner and 9th Street features French Renaissance architecture and serves as the heart of the historic district.
Matteo's Ristorante Italiano faces the courthouse and serves authentic Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner. Fresh pasta and a friendly atmosphere make this a go-to spot for dinner, and locals can't get enough of the wine paired with fried ravioli, chicken marsala, and clam linguine.
You might discover a hidden treasure from Italy at the Noblesville Antique Mall right next door to Matteo's. Peruse multiple floors of antique dolls, Coca-Cola memorabilia, and all kinds of Americana in this retail adventure.

Property Ratings at Greystone of Noblesville
I have lived at Greystone for 4 years. I feel safe at my community. The neighbors take pride in the community and do little extras to their balconies and patio areas to give the community the feel of home. The maintenance manager treats the entire property like it belongs to him, which translates to, he takes pride in the community and its more than just a job to him. He will go above and beyond to get the work done and figure out a problem until it is resolved, also working side by side with his crew. The maintenance crew responds in a timely manner addressing all your needs. The trash areas are never overflowing and nasty. Having a reliable and knowledgeable maintenance staff was new and a welcome change from the community I moved from in Carmel. The community provides dog waste bags so you don’t have any excuse not to clean up after your pet, leaving the lawn nice and clean for the children and residents to enjoy without worrying what you might step into. Office staff is always friendly and eager to help with solutions and answers. Use of the nicely decorate clubhouse was a lot of fun for me and my guest, had a great time. Having access to the Fitness Center 24-hours made it convenient for me early mornings to work out before work. I’m in a two bedroom on the second floor and it’s like having two outside spaces with the double balconies to decorate and enjoy during the summer months. I would highly recommend this community to all!!!

Terrible place to live. So many bad things to say about this place I’m not sure where to begin. First of all, the staff in the office is beyond rude and unprofessional. The guys that do maintenance are also very bad at fixing things in a timely manner. Part of the complex is low income based housing so there’s always trashy, dirty people around the complex. There is always some sort of problem going on within the complex so police, fire and ambulances will be on site much of the time with their lights and loud sirens. They allow anyone off the streets to use their pool because they don’t lock it or offer any type of key. So if you’re hoping for a nice place to relax at the pool you’re paying for, forget about it. There will be tons of people and their kids being extremely loud, dirty, foul language, and leaving garbage all around the pool. Also keep in mind that this property sits on 146th street so traffic noise is very loud. I would never recommend anyone to live here after the experience I’ve had at this complex.
Great place to live. Beautiful apartments that don't look like apartments on the inside. They look like lovely condo's. Crown molding, very modern updated kitchen with black appliances. New carpet, nice neutral paint tones. I cannot say anything negative about the buildings. The grounds are nice and manicured, although I think they could cut the grass a bit shorter than they do. It is pet friendly but be careful walking on grass, not every owner picks up after their dogs. They even offer low income housing, which I was very surprised by given the type of complex this is. This complex is in no way run down or crawling with undesirables which is shocking for a place that offers low income housing. Lots of green belts, water, and ducks. Very family friendly. I have never heard my neighbors thru the walls so I assume the construction is good. The maintenance staff is awesome and have fixed things that have gone wrong and done so very quickly. I love having a washer and dryer in the unit which makes it feel even more so like a home instead of an apartment. I enjoy living here very much and wish all apartments were like this.
Spacious 1,2, and 3 BDRM apartments. Pet friendly. Beautiful landscaping, modern facilities, very safe area and access to everything. Very nice pool, clubhouse, Tot lot, and fenced in dog park. Competitive rents and some low cost unite for low income seniors and those with fixed incomes. I have lived here only 4 months but I love it here.
