Property Ratings at Greystone Pointe Auburn
I would give 5 stars, but I am not pleased with my carpet still having visible urine stains after being cleaned twice (once before I moved in and once after I moved in), the faucet in my bathroom was installed too far back from the sink so it pours water onto the counter every time it’s turned on, there’s also several places throughout the apartment that have white specks of paint on the floor and door handles. I enjoy everything else about this community, but for the price, these small things should not be an issue.

Greystone Pointe is an amazing place to live! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to help. Maintenance is super responsive—special shoutout to Chris for always being on top of things! I also love the community events they put together; they really make it feel like home. Greystone was my first choice to move in and it has not disappointed. I have lived here a few months and it was such a smooth move in process! The girls in the front office have been so nice and quick to answer any questions we have had. Maintenance is always there within a day to fix anything, I couldn't have asked for a better home and recommend it to everyone!

Greystone Pointe Auburn has been home to us for our final year of undergraduate school. Our experience has been incredible. The staff are always available for any questions or maintenance issues that arrive. Although, we have had very little maintenance issues, which speaks of the top notch quality that Greystone Pointe Auburn strives to provide. The staff is consistently out in the property and make it a point to not be unfamiliar faces. One of our favorite amenities has been the raised beds that are available to rent. Each amenity is impressive and rarely had any issues. The community is fabulous and we are concluding our time with plenty of the new friends. We highly recommend Greystone to anyone who is looking for an apartment community that feels like a neighborhood. Entire experience was above and beyond! Kimberly is amazing. She was very kind to show us every aspect of the facility. She took time to understand our needs and point out positives that we were looking for. They understand apartment living and engineer the design to eliminate / minimize sound. WOW! I also love that it is enclosed with a fence to optimize safety and keep game day parking out, unlike other apartment complexes that have gates but keep them open continuously! I have explored apartments from Charlotte, Atlanta, and Auburn within the past year, and this is by far the best staff and the best facility in the southeast!

The location, amenities, the management company and the community overall is the best I've ever lived at. To make things even better, the staff here is beyond amazing and super helpful- from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. The apartments are well built. The staff hold monthly events and something to look forward to. Everyone here is so friendly, Greystone Pointe is hands down the best place to live in Auburn I recommend it to EVERYONE!

Staff was quick to greet and gave pricing and over view of each floor plan to insure what we wanted. Took us on a tour around the amenities and the desired floor plan and explained everything we needed to know. All questions had a seepdy answer and they let us take our time looking around. Nice place so far. But pool can be improved and snacks at the clubhouse should come back. Staff at the office is great team. Chris as maintenance man is awesome

Clean apartment upon move-in for the most part. Staff was not super friendly when I toured the apartment and throughout the application and move-in process.

So far, this complex is great! very clean and well kept. The dog park is amazing and the gated community is a great safety feature. I am happy with my choice.

I’ve been here almost three years and I still love it. The community is still nice and quiet with tons of amenities for residents to enjoy. There are resident events for us to participate in and enjoy. I have had an great experience overall.

I've lived here 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The apartment is spacious and very clean and new. I love the amenities and we use the pool, gym and dog park regularly. The dog spa and car wash are very convenient as well. Best place I've lived in town.

Greystone pointe has continuously proved their dedication and care to the residents who live here. The safety, accessibility, and amenities are an even bigger plus. Obviously there are a few minor changes I would make like the dog park wood chips and gate issues, but these are two are the most minor inconveniences the place holds. Great place to live!

We have lived here for almost 3 years and we love our community. It always looks so nice and the management always strives to be there for the residents. Even when inflation is happening, our rent remains affordable!

Greystone Auburn has been a great place for us to call home the past 3 years. Moving across country to a new state was stressful but our neighbors, the community, the amenities and staff have all been wonderful. We especially love the dog park where we have met a lot of friends and other adorable dogs. The staff is very helpful and appreciate them a lot.
