The location, amenities, the management company and the community overall is the best I've ever lived at. To make things even better, the staff here is beyond amazing and super helpful- from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. The apartments are well built. The staff hold monthly events and something to look forward to. Everyone here is so friendly, Greystone Pointe is hands down the best place to live in Auburn I recommend it to EVERYONE!

Staff was quick to greet and gave pricing and over view of each floor plan to insure what we wanted. Took us on a tour around the amenities and the desired floor plan and explained everything we needed to know. All questions had a seepdy answer and they let us take our time looking around. Great place!

Living here has been great! The staff are all so nice from the ladies that work in the office to the guys that do the maintenance work. Would definitely recommend Greystone to everyone!
Nice place so far. But pool can be improved and snacks at the clubhouse should come back. Staff at the office is great team. Chris as maintenance man is awesome

I've lived here 2.5 years and absolutely love it. The apartment is spacious and very clean and new. I love the amenities and we use the pool, gym and dog park regularly. The dog spa and car wash are very convenient as well. Best place I've lived in town.

Greystone pointe has continuously proved their dedication and care to the residents who live here. The safety, accessibility, and amenities are an even bigger plus. Obviously there are a few minor changes I would make like the dog park wood chips and gate issues, but these are two are the most minor inconveniences the place holds. Great place to live!

Greystone Auburn has been a great place for us to call home the past 3 years. Moving across country to a new state was stressful but our neighbors, the community, the amenities and staff have all been wonderful. I love the clean facilities,sophisticated interior disign,and when i met my neighbors,they greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me when i moved heavy furniture It was really touching the staff in the office were wll pretty and kind so if there was anything i did not know, they used a translator to help me communicate with them This place is so perfect where everyone is kind that i feel safe and well-managed I will continue to like this place and recommend it to my friend

Great location with excellent facilities. Neighbors are also very respectful. Rent is a kinda at the high side. If the rent is a little bit more meaningful, I think this place will attract more people.

The apartment is kept so clean and tidy. There is never any trash laying around like other apartments I've lived at. And the events are amazing every time.

Office staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Requests are handled in a timely manner. The grounds are manicured. I feel safe in my apartment and on the grounds.

Everything has been great. The facilities, the safety, the landscape, all of it! Neighbors are great. Staff is helpful. Maintenance is quick. I love it here!!!

It's been a week since I moved into the apartment, and, being recently built, everything looks new and clean. The leasing office staff are also very friendly. I am happy with my decision to move into this apartment.

Greystone Pointe continues to be one of the best places to live in Auburn, AL. Love how it is centrally located to provide easy access to anywhere in town, including Interstate 85. The staff could not be better.
