This is one of the best properties in Columbus. Their customer service is top-tier. I can’t say enough about the staff, always professional taking care of any issues that I have. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. All of my work orders are usually done within 24 hours. I definitely recommend this community.

One thing I really love about living here are the community events that are provided for us. We have a variety of food trucks, holiday, events, even free appreciation breakfast sometimes! Sydnei amd the team really go out of their way for our community.

I have enjoyed every moment living here. Any small maintenance issue is handled immediately and it’s a very quiet and clean community. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating, they exceeded my move in process!

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex! The property is absolutely stunning, with well-maintained grounds, beautiful landscaping, and amenities that go above and beyond. The pool area feels like a resort, and the fitness center is always clean and well-equipped. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible team that manages it. Branson, in particular, has been amazing, down to earth, personable, and always communicating effectively!

Move in was fast and easy! The front office was very helpful and quickly solved any issue i had! I had some issues with my dryer and they worked quick to get that accommodated for me.
My husband and I were one of the first family to move to Greystone Pointe Columbus two and half years ago. All this time, my experience has been amazing because it's a place where I have enjoyed making memories, know new friendship and have a safe environment for my family and me. The leasing and management staff are polite and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. I am so happy to being part of Greystone family.
