I’ve been living at Greystone Pointe over 5 years. Since relocating for work from the northeast. In addition to being some of the biggest rental apartments in Knoxville (I compared dozens of floor plans) the apartments are all in excellent condition. The appliances are well maintained, any issues are handled promptly. The grounds are well taken care of, the facilities (pool, gym) are kept very clean. The complex is set back off the road and is spread out. There is room to walk and it’s safe. If you do have an issue, there is always someone to help. The management team arranges community events. Tailgate pool parties, holiday fairs, and bring in food trucks. We had a major snow storm last year and the maintenance team was out shoveling non stop. It’s an excellent place to live

Always maintained well and grounds are beautiful. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our apartment is quiet and spacious and any issue is dealt with promptly. My husband and I love living here (4.5 years).

I love it here! The people who live here are great neighbors, very quiet and do not disturb others. Everyone is very careful to clean up after themselves, their families, and their pets on public spaces such as the pool and the playground. The leasing office staff are so kind and helpful. When something is broken, maintenance is quick and happy to help! The apartments are clean, modern, and come with so many nice features!

I love living in this beautiful community and I wish there is a tennis and basket ball court so I don’t have to drive to public park to play.
