Greystone Summit Columbus

I've really enjoyed my two years at Greystone Summit. As a single mom of a teenage daughter, living somewhere that felt safe and convenient was a must. The staff has been so friendly, and anytime I had a maintenance issue, the team was great. The property is beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff would do everything from change my lightbulbs to quickly address and fix a neighbors water leak issue before it ruined my apartment. It is also a 1/4 mile from WalMart Marketplace and Pharmacy, as well as a Piedmont Urgent Care location, which came in handy. Gonna miss this place!

Great experience living here. I look forward to renewing my lease again and living here for another year!. Great peiple and amenities to enjoy!

This is my 2nd year living here. I am satisfied with my new home. It is very quiet and and the people who live here are friendly and good neighbors. I look forward to continuing my stay here.

apartment was not clean upon arrival. maintenance has been called 5x since moving in (finish cleaning, hornets nest on porch, air conditioning not working). leasing agent was very kind and helpful and shared same concerns about cleanliness (or lack there of).

Greystone Summit is an apartment that is central located to all of the places that I need to travel to and from. The grounds are always beautifully manicured. The amenities are superb. They are much more than I could have ever expected. My apartment is very spacious, which is something that I needed and enjoy. I love the entire layout of my apartment. The sunroom is a relaxing space for me. Being that I sometimes telework, the built in desk is phenomal because I don’t have to worry about trying to get a comfortable space to work. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I am so thankful that when I was looking for an apartment, I decided on Greystone Summit. This is the best apartment decision I have ever made.

I have been living here for a year and it has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! The girls in the office are always accommodating in any way possible. Always a pleasure and I love it here!

I truly appreciate the leasing staff. The property manager Jennifer is kind, patient, understanding and prompt anytime I have any questions or concerns. Amiah is knowledgeable and ready to make herself available anytime I need something. Maintenance is efficient and also very kind whenever I need anything fixed in my apartment.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and it’s been very nice. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. My only complaint is parking. I have to compete for a close parking spot every day.

Always quiet. Grounds are always kept clean. Repairs are handled promptly. Tenants are respectful of each other and friendly. The office offers different kinds of activities such as back to school pool parties. Games and food parties. Dinners for holidays such as Thanksgiving.

We have enjoyed our time at greystone summit, office staff is very helpful and friendly— specifically Amaya and Lexi go above and beyond when I need help with something! Maintenance guys (Anthony and Freddie) are also very helpful, friendly and explain how to take care of things in the apartment when you ask. Thanks for your kindness and help!

I love the smiling faces whenever I step into the office. Someone is always available to greet me and eager to help with my needs. I was able to rent out the club house when family was in town which was a very nice amenity to be offered. We have enjoyed the clean pool this summer and were ever-grateful when our AC was fixed and were given cooling units in the interim.

Greystone Summit is a fantastic family friendly apartment complex! The team at Greystone genuinely cares to make sure your apartment is up to the standard you’re expecting. We have loved our stay here so far.

Good in general. Like the amenities provided. Very good maintenance service. Sometimes hard to find parking spot in front of my apartment during weekend.

This is the best apartment complex that I’ve ever lived at. The apartment size provides enough space to accommodate my needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The amenities are superb.

My husband and I just moved in and so far so good. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful and my son loves his new home. The staff are very welcoming and they definitely made sure that our move and tour was as smooth as possible. They explained their expectations thoroughly.

I love this neighborhood! Great place for military families! About 25 to 30 minutes from base. A lot of things around stores, restaurants, the movies.

The staff here are extremely nice and pleasant. The grounds are always kept nice and neat, breezeways could use a little more. Maintenance is quick with work orders. I would like to see some more amenities.

When I hear the phrase, " There's no place like home," I immediately think of Greystone Summit! I couldn't ask for a more incredible group of staff members who always have a smile on their faces. The grounds are kept in emaculant condition, any service request never goes unanswered, and most importantly, the way that residents are appreciated is indescribable. I have never experienced the amount of quietness and peace that Greystone Summit brings each day. I am honored to be a resident here and look foward to many more years.

Manager and leasing agents are amazing! Very helpful, and maintenance are very thorough and very friendly! Apartments are beautiful and spacious! We love the playground, and we very much so love our community and our neighbors!

My Residence experience has been great since I moved here. I love all the fun things that the complex offer. Each holiday is celebrated. It is always quiet here. I love this place.

Greystone Summit has been a pleasant living experience for the past year that I’ve lived here. The community is quiet, nice and clean. There are always activities going on for the community as well to keep the residents involved which is a plus!

My 1st few days were so quiet and peaceful, I forgot where I was. Everyone in my building has been so Welcoming. It's been so clean here. I love the grounds keeper too. He really cares about how things look.

Living here is the best. The apartments are nice and the community is friendly. The staff in the front office is always ready to help and maintenance is always on point and timely.

We do like living here but have had quite a few maintenance issues over the first month here. Staff is great at fixing things quickly. Only wish Greystone hadn’t cheaped out on the windows that are causing us issues with no fix in site seeing as the cost to fix is replacing the whole aluminum frame. At the cost they charge, it makes more sense to be at one of the newer Greystone apartments based on these sort of issues and small difference in price.

Everyone is friendly, clean, and considerate of each other. My neighbors across the hall are amazing. And the neighbors upstairs have kids who play with mine!

I checked out the property online and was pleased. When I actually came to the property is much better in person. I got to see and experience firsthand where I would be living and I have no complaints. I am proud of my space. The staff is great. Everyone is so nice. Even if I see a staff member off property, they recognize you and the interaction is like one between friends. The staff and maintenance are very personable, which is appreciated. Maintenance requests are completed promptly and staff will follow up.

They are always quick and responsive to any issues and are very respectful when it comes to entering your home. The ladies in the office are always super welcoming.

So Beautiful. Everything is perfect! Abundant storage areas, closets are a great size too! It’s very quiet and the staff is very friendly and quick to answer questions or requests.

Greystone Summit is a family oriented apartment community that I enjoy being a part of. Quiet neighborhood, full of amenities and very professional staff! Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner and are followed up by the office to ensure satisfaction. I couldn't have chosen a better place to live!

ten out of ten so far it is quiet, have not had any problems so far and the staff is very friendly and helpful they kept in contact very often before i even decided this is where i wanted to be

I moved to Greystone Summit a little over a month ago. I downsized from a three bedroom house to a two bedroom and I do not regret it at all. Although it is only a two bedroom it still feels very spacious. The community is very quiet and the neighbors that I have met so far are nice. I love it here!
