We have enjoyed living here at Greystone Summit of Forsyth. The Maintenance team is very responsive and friendly. We’ve enjoyed the pool as well.

Amazing community with spacious apartments.Maintenance is super fast.Great location.Everything is nearby.Loved being part of this community.

Beautiful tour of a beautiful apartment and community. The lady at the office was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and has been here for a long time. They are totally full which is not very common

Totally fell in love with these Apartments! They are so beautiful with granite everything, and every apartment has a walk in shower. Also an office desk. Very nice and everything was clean.

The apartment community at Greystone is kind and friendly! It has been a nice experience moving in and have not had issues since. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I love living here! Greystone is the perfect spot with the best management a girl could ask for. I love our little community tucked away from the major roads. I love our pool, the people who live here, and our sunroom overlooking the trees.

Greystone Summit is a fantastic community that has a gorgeous landscaping, the best staff who helps everytime you need then, a maintenance crew who is efficient, talented and kind. The property is secure but close to anything you need. Love Greystone!

What a beautiful community, I've been looking for something like this that feels like home and clean and nice. Apartments are huge with very nice features. Gym was also nice and I liked the pool, seems great!

The front leasing office was super excited to meet our new pup and never once pressured us for our pet deposit. They instead included it with our rent bill.

We’ve had a great experience here at greystone. The apartment itself is huge, to me. It’s everything I’d look for in a house. Would love to be on the first floor with a garage but it’s perfect as an apartment. We love it here!

We just renewed our 5th year living at Greystone Summit, that says more than a thousand words. We have built our family here, these are the first years of my children's lives and we will be here for many more years without a doubt.

Beautiful property with great team . Loved the clubhouse, and the office. Apartments are nice and good layouts. Prices are comparable compared to what’s in the area, but apartments are the largest here.

Had a very nice visit here, the floor plans are big and property is taken care of. Landscape is nice and clean. I liked the gym has a lot of equipment. Apartments are nice, and walk in shower .

Love living in this quiet, well-,maintained apartment complex. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff very nice, easy to reach and address your concerns. Close to shopping, doctors, restaurants, etc.

The space of these apartments is great, largest floorplans I have seen in the area, and the community is very pretty. Little availability which I think is good no one wants to move out. Very excited to find this community.

Loved meeting the office team, and clubhouse is pretty and very nice. Apartments are big and very homey. Granite and stainless steel. And lots of equipment in the gym, and it’s 24/7.

One of the best, luxurious, and safest community in Cummings's ,GA. Multiple specialities in the community including beautiful swimming pool, very clean business center, gym, car washing, baroque or kitchen, etc, nice parks for kids, good car parking places, well maintained and very neat community, all the service request they will fix on-time, they will clean all the unit outside of the door, School bus stop in a community, etc… Excellent and Beautiful community to live…

Quiet, well-maintained complex. Maintenance staff is great and are prompt in addressing issues. Office staff always willing and able to help you. Love living here.

I mean its alright......with them continuesly increasing rent I'm finding less value I suppose in the complex itself, and it seems they don't have much care to reward long time renters.....and the money we pay for rent seems to go to nothing that benefits the actual apartment complex things seems to break often the paint is cheap. More and more rules seem to be instated and doesn't seem community friendly.

Greystone Summit of Forsyth is a wonderful place to live. It's well manicured propetty is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, and the tenants are friendly.

Great place to live and lots of square footage for the price, BUT very overpriced for the minimal and very outdated amenities. The pool is very nice, but quite small for the amount of residents. Very clean and well kept community! Excellent office staff and maintenance people are on top of it! Some annoying resident complaints that bring on a bunch of reprimanding emails with new rules from the office staff, but they’re just doing their jobs. Usually only hear other people talking if they’re walking through the breezeway or on occasion in certain places in your apartment, but overall very quiet as long as you have respectful upstairs neighbors! Bugs stay out!! There may be some in the breezeway depending on the season, but they don’t get inside which is a huge deal for me! Only on occasion have a seen a small spider, but that’s the worst of it, thank God! Really very excellent place to live, especially when comparing to other places nearby. :)
