I enjoy how peaceful the property is and the friendly neighbors! We’ve had changes in the leasing office, but everyone who has worked there has been nice as well!

Set up an appointment for a tour. Showed up to a locked office door. No call, email, nothing. Just no showed us... I'm so glad I took off work early to drive all the way there for nothing.

With the price of rent increase the amenities should be upgraded as what is offered is not meeting the price of rent. The gym is outdated with machines that half work. I have a maintenance request that has been in since July 12 and no one has shown up. I ended up fixing the issue myself.

Overall pleasant residential experience. Turnover in office staff and maintenance crews has caused some sense of insecurity in management company this summer. Pool, amenities, and the grounds have suffered due to lack of consistent care.

Lynn and Rhonda have made my experience so much better. I’m happy here now because of the hard work they did to get me in here. It’s cozy, clean and comfortable. It feels good to say I’m home now .

All going down hill not the great place we moved into 7 years ago. Workers keep leaving and new ones coming. Get a good employee and the feel they have to leave for wahtever reason. Grounds not kept up and buildings not cared for with some paint. Been here7 years and the outside windows have never been washed.

It’s been good living here for about two years. This is a very spacious apartment and really really great prices compared to other places that are in the area.

The past 3 years everything has changed, the worst has been communication with management. Many residents have said they are afraid to complain because management will make it difficult to live here. The pool is not clean. "gatherings" parties are a joke. Many people do not attend, because the last ones they ran out of food ten minutes into it. One party was supposed to have door prizes, that never happened. The staff doesn't mingle with residents. We have lived here for 5 years and up until 3 years ago have had very few complaints in fact we enjoyed living here. I will say the last months that the grounds have started to look much better. which was one thing we always were proud of living here.

The apartments have gone down hill. There is never anyone in the office, the pool is closed way too often, the palm trees are dying in the pool area, maintenance requests are going unanswered. Not the same place I moved into.

Excellent apartments..especially the size of the apartment. Love our screened in porch. Wish the pool was better maintained. Love the new pool furniture.

Great already, it’s been about 2 months since I’ve moved in and everything is perfect. No complaints here. The rooms are nice and big so I can have all my stuff exactly where I want it.

I love this apartment complex. Very nice, spacious apartments. Maintenance is great though I have not had many issues at all. Office people are very nice.

Greystone is very quiet, well kept property. Upon move in we discovered a few issues. The vinyl floor was filthy and covered in a black film that is still not clean after three mopping session. This is time I should have been using to unpack not clean. We moved in on Saturday and have asked several times for maintenance to come fix a few immediate issues and still no one has come to fix issues four days later.

Best luxury apartment living without the beach traffic in Navarre and the surrounding area! Largest and most spacious floor plans without renting a house. Beaches are 10 minutes away!

Beautiful place, safe and many amenities. So far we and our dog are truly enjoying it! The staff was very helpful in navigating the leasing steps. We love the complimentary coffee station and gym.

The new pool and pavilion furniture and cushions are lovely. We appreciate the new Adirondack chairs at the fire pit as well. So happy living here at Greystone Summit. We love our sunroom floor plan and the quality of construction. We’re happy to call this Home!

Love it here! Was looking for a place to start a new life after my husband passed and I have found that place here at Greystone. Plan on living here for many years to come.

It’s a great community with quality apartments and a staff that care about your wellbeing! They are friendly and attentive to making your living here pleasurable. Also the amenities are very nice.

We moved to Greystone Summit a year ago, and it was like “coming home”. The apartments are beautifully updated and spacious. We love the carefree living, as the office and maintenance staff are awesome to work with, while the clubhouse & grounds are kept impeccable! Highly recommend !!

The new furniture at the pool is outstanding! It is much more comfortable then the previous years furniture. The blue color makes an excellent addition to the resort like atmosphere!

Greystone summit has Beautiful amenities, quiet neighborhood, and lots of space in the apartments! 10/10 place to live ?? Rhona is an amazing property manager.

I posted a very positive review previously, because it has been wonderful living here and still is, but maintenance has become problematic. The last two request, neither being a huge issue, but still need to be addressed, just treated as totally unimportant. The, first finally taken care of, more than a week after my call. This last call has been over two weeks, and on both I didn't even receive a call explaining the delay. In fact, when I called yesterday, she didn't even know why this hasn't been handled. I left the first message through the answering message center, the second days later, in person at the office and the third by phone yesterday. I don't understand what has changed, but I hope we go back to the way it was, because service calls were handled immediately. This is a beautiful, staff friendly community, but we do need our apartment homes maintained on concerns we can't take care of ourselves.

This has been a wonderful. The crew takes such good care of the buildings, grounds and the pool is fabulous even on cool days. Come see these well kept luxurious apartment homes in Gulf Breeze! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been here for a very short time, however, I am extremely comfortable and I am much happier than I was before! I moved here pretty abruptly due to rising fpl costs in my previous neighborhood. I haven’t had to touch a thermostat since move in because the units are so well insulated and efficient which is extremely important for me at the moment!! Super excited about my journey so far!

We have lived here for 3 months and so far I love it! I can’t think of one complaint that I have. The property is very clean and kept up nice. It is pretty quiet except for 98 traffic.

Very welcoming from day one. Also very patient, had a family emergency and they waited for me to complete everything. Also very military friendly.

Absolutely love this community! It is kept so clean and nicely landscaped! Also, the staff is very friendly and attentive! Finally, the apartment itself has great floor plans with an excellent amount of square footage!

Have lived here 4 years and it has overall been a good experience. I plan to continue to live if rent is affordable. The community is friendly

So far, everyone in the apartment has been incredibly nice to the new family on the block, both in greeting each other, introducing pets, and just appearing to be genuinely good people

Love the amenities and the floor plan is great! Very spacious. The extra large porch and nice view was a huge plus, feels more like a home than an apartment. Friendly neighbors and staff is also very helpful.

-Feels very homey and has been quiet. Needs some touch up to return to the luxury part but still very comfortable living. Maintenance men comes fairly quick but if you have emergency they are ther asap.

I love this complex! They are incredibly helpful and attentive. They allowed us a Sunday move in to avoid having to find accommodations for the night. Only thing is, they make you fill out your sheet of inspection upon arrival but then never come to fix the problems you have listed. It is a bit inconvenient to have to put in a request after freshly moving in when you have a written lists of faults that were here before moving in. Other than that we absolutely love living here and the apartment doesn't ever feel too small!!

Wonderful community! Always prompt and thorough response with maintenance concerns, even if it's just changing a light bulb. I have never, one time, been put off when calling for help. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is absolutely beautiful here. The grounds are so well kept as well as the pool being so lovely. That means a lot to me. We truly love it here. It's our home.

Greystone Summit has been the best apartment! The spacious units make it feel like you have space to spread out. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance team is very prompt and professional.

Love living here! The place is clean and well taken care of. They are quick to come and fix anything that needs work. The amenities are great and they are always trying to improve on them.

The location of Greystone Summit is absolutely perfect. I love living so close to the beautiful beaches. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. It really feels like home. Many of my neighbors have become very good friends. Also, Christina has been a wonderful addition to the staff. She has a great welcoming personality and a positive way of dealing with issues that may arise. Her attitude and friendliness are much appreciated.

The staff is excellent and made moving here extremely pleasant! We enjoy the pool and fitness center almost everyday and when it’s a little chilly we love making s’mores on the fire pit. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Apartment, Great Amenities, very clean, and an awesome staff! I love being able to swim in the large pool anytime or sit and relax in the shaded area provided to have a small gathering or just watch tv and/or read!

Lots of room in the apts, clean and close to the beach. Been living here awhile and love it!

The maintenance team is top notch and always follows up. The apartment is well spaced and makes me feel like I’m in a single family home. Buildings are well insulated to minimize neighbor noise. Car wash and dog park are in need of an update. Otherwise we have enjoyed calling Greystone Summit home for 3 years.

I've been here for almost a year. And this is a great place to live. the maintenance staff are very quick and efficient. They really care about the property. It is well maintained and clean. the amenities are wonderful. it's a nice, quiet place to live.

The maintenance personnel are quick to to follow up on any requests for either repairs or to replace any lighting issues. The staff are friendly and busy maintaining the cleanliness of entire complex!

So far I love it! The moving in was easy and the ladies helped me with any problems or questions I had about GreyStone Summit! The apartment is full of space at a fair price.

We have lived here more than 2 years and have been happy here. The people in our building g a very friendly but not overbearing. If you are looking for an apartment in the south part of Santa Rosa county you should look here.

Nice spacious units. Very well insulated buildings. Grounds are nicely kept. Been good for 3 years of residency. The pool area could be better cared for as far as furniture and pool cleaning. Overall nice place to call home.
