Everything was going pretty good until the maintenance guy came in and got glass all over my dining room floor. He didn't tell me and I ended up cutting my foot. Other than that I really love this place.

We have lived here 4 plus years. The location, apartment, and amenities first attracted us to this complex and the same reason we moved here will keep us here. Staff working here has stabilize (and who didn't have staffing issues during covid). You can tell they really care about the residents and taking pride in their work. The complex is well maintained and always looks neat and clean.

Not the same great place anymore. Though the rent has gone up like 50-80% in the last couple of years, no upgrades are being made. Even existing facilities are not maintained to the past level. Poor maintenance of garden and no sign of EV charger promise made long back. Heard some staffs left as the management refused to increase salary to meetup with high inflation..though rent is adjusted.

Nice community with super friendly staffs. Has some nice views. Wish management considers to install some smart devices like Google nest thermostat( which is mostly reimbursed by providers), ring kind of smart door lock which are very cost effective yet improves the experience a lot.

I knew from the first time I visited the property that I wanted to live here. The views are spectacular and what makes it feel like home is the staff is so friendly. It's important to feel valued as a resident and not just another person the staff has to deal with...the staff is kind and professional and takes care of things in a timely manner. I'm very protective with my dog and the maintenance man reassured me that he will always make sure my dog is okay and doesn't get out whenever he comes. That's important and makes me feel more at peace. The complex is nice and clean, our apartment is clean and new appliances. We absolutely love it!

Greystone Vista is a great place to live. Apartments are well designed and have quality materials crown molding, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, glass shower doors, etc. The grounds, pool area, fitness centers are well maintained. I absolutely love this community. The front office and maintenance staff are amazing. They are friendly and welcoming. It’s in a premier location that is accessible va multiple routes due to the fact with the increased population of Knoxville. The amenities on the properties are also second to none.

So far so good. We love this quiet neighborhood. Very neat and clean. Affordable housing. Timely maintenance handling. I wish there would have been a kids park area.

Beautiful views and good floor plans! The facility is clean and maintenance is quick. The pool is salt water and big. The gym has two rooms for cardio and stretching with clean and updated equipments.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived. It’s warm, inviting, great view and well kept. There are activities and good amenities! The grass is maintained and if there are issues maintenance is quick to fix it.
