Horrible place
We have lived here 4 months and can't wait for our lease to end. It took over 3 months for them to replace a refrigerator that was not working properly when we moved in, and they only replaced it because it went out completely. The stove and oven did not work properly and they finally fixed the stove. The oven still did not get to the correct temperature. They pulled one out of another unit and it was just as bad. One of the burners got so hot when I turned it on that the coating on it came off. When we turned on the stove the other afternoon, the a/c went out. They refused to fix it until the next day. We have no screens and these units have no ceiling fans, so we just suffered through the night. The place was not cleaned. I cleaned out the kitchen drawers (which are broken and falling in or out) and cabinets. There was 3 full dust pans of roach droppings and filth in them. There is a mold smell coming from the area where there USED to be washer/dryer connections - they are no longer allowed. The outside light on our balcony is hanging by the wires, not attached to the walls. The swimming pool is only open when the office is 10 to 5:45 Monday through Friday and 10-4:45 on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Holidays. This is supposed to be a drug free place, but we have witnessed people using and selling drugs. When reported to the office, the staff member told us, "everyone smokes a little now and then". NOT! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! You will regret it.

Good Apartments for the money.
Greywood Glen Apartments is a good place to live. They offer 1,2,and 3 bedrooms with 1 and a half bathrooms. The rent is reasonable and they always have move in specials. They have monthly pest control and try to fix all repairs at a reasonable time. Except my refridgerator that needs a door gasket to keep it closed. It has been on order for about 10 months now and I had to mount a clasp on the door to keep it closed to keep the food from spoiling. But other than that they try to keep on top of things.

Greywood Glen Apartments
I like the peacefulness of the area. It is refreshing compared to the apartments that I lived in prior to these. The rent is reasonable as well. The apartments are a little old and maintenance could be better which is why they got 3 stars instead of 5. The management and office staff are great with customers and very professional.
