A friend of ours lived here and recommended we check out Griffis Belleview Station. As many of the properties that surround it, this property is located near the rail station. You probably figured that out given the property name. After spending the day looking at properties, and looking at one across the street from Griffis Belleview Station, we thought we'd pop in to just pick up information. It was about 10 minutes to closing. Marcia R. greeted us very friendly, and was extremely polite when she said she had to close the doors promptly at 5:00 because she had to go to the airport. We apologized and said we would come back, but she said she could show us a two-bedroom fairly quickly. Wow! While the apartment wasn't new, it had a ton of extra storage space! There is a lot of room in the laundry room. You can use the space around the car in the garage as storage. And the unit gets an extra storage closet in the hallway. Some units have a fireplace, which is a bonus. While the floor plan wasn't exactly what I wanted, Marcia really made you feel like you were coming home.

I was very impressed and great full for the maintenance team during this most recent blizzard. I saw them outside shoveling and clearing the walkways from 7:30 pm until past 11:30 pm in the freezing cold so that when all the residents got up the next morning to leave to work the sidewalks were clear. I truly appreciated it.

I moved into Griffis Belleview Station back in 2016. They have made so many improvements to the community, and it looks so nice and put together. The pool area is ver pretty and the gym is very convenient. The on sight dog park is a nice touch as well. I really like the fact that is is no close to the light rail because I work downtown, and I don't even have to drive to the light rail station. What I really like about living at Griffis Belleview Station is the staff and the maintenance team. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment the maintenance team responds quickly and they are always nice and respectful.

I've lived at Griffis (previously Enclave) since May of 2016, and in all of my time in Colorado, this has been by far the best apartment complex I have lived at. The management team and the staff overall are great to work with and treat me as a member of their community rather than just as some person who lives there. The staff has always been responsive and good for their word. The units are sturdy and solid and are extremely comfortable. Many of the units have gone through an upgrade recently, leaving a more modern feeling within the units. The amenities are awesome (I love swimming in a heated pool and the dog park is a nice addition), and the location is great, especially since Belleview continues to expand. Other residents have mentioned problems with parking and such, which did exist at one point. I'm happy to see that this issue is being rectified and addressed in an appropriate manner. Parking has become more stricter, but this was an ask of the residents, and I feel management took the appropriate steps to address the residents concerns. There have been reported break ins of vehicles as well, but with the night patrol, I feel that this issue has become less frequent than reported before. Other than these two issues, I really haven't seen any glaring issues or concerns in the past few months. My only real gripe about the complex is the cost of living, but this is more of a Denver issue than a Griffis issue. I've had three opportunities to relocate to a cheaper option, but I find myself not wanting to. I'm comfortable here, and the staff at Griffis are very inviting, helpful, courteous, and proactive. The only reason I would ever leave this place at this point is if I chose to move into a home within the Denver area or if I was relocated from Denver. At this time, I would recommend this location five times over if I could. You really couldn't ask for a better, nicer community to be a part of. If you're looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend coming in and speaking to the folks at the office.

I love the entire layout of the complex. My unit was well maintained and had a modern look to it. What I truly enjoyed was how wonderful the maintenance team was. Anyone who's ever rented an apartment knows the maintence can either make of break a place. I would recommend checking this place out.

Terrible, terrible, did I mention how bad the office is... High rent for unbelievably bad customer service. While here we had multiple issues that were not handled within a reasonable time period, talking weeks, office full of excuses. There have not been any amenities here for months and none in the near future. They will guoge rent prices for a terrible product. It's like going to prom with a decent looking girl who ends up being like Hillary Clinton. Close to leaving my contact to talk you out of living here, its that bad!

The Enclave Apartments are in the perfect location in The Denver Tech Center. They're close to the light rail . The management staff is great to work with and they always have a smile for you . The maintenance team is quick and efficient. Many units have attached garages allowing for a great safety feature . I always feel safe coming home driving in the garage and closing the door before I even get out of my car . I highly recommend living here .
