I moved into the Griffis in September of 2022 and have absolutely LOVED my experience here thus far. The apartment is beautiful and the finishes in each of the homes are great. The amenities are now complete and make the building that much more of an amazing place to live. I love the gym, pool and rooftop. Additionally, the location is spectacular. We are walking distance from Cherry Creek North and the mall (both of which have great shopping and food), walking distance from the cherry creek trail and from the Gates so that we can participate in outdoor activities daily. WE love it so much that we have resigned our lease for another year.

The staff were tremendously helpful. We only had one noise complaint and they handled it quickly and kindly. The location is amazing with restaurants, bars, coffee nearby. Moved because we bought a house, but otherwise we never would have left.

The layout of the units and the amenities the property offers are great! The new management team is very responsive and eager to be of assistance.
