Property Ratings at Griffis North Union
My boyfriend lives here and I just want to write this as a psa to people checking reviews. 1) his shower pressure is quite literally a drizzle. It is easier to fill a cup with water from the sink to rinse hair than to let the shower rinse soap out. And property management has told him “that’s just the way it is” 2) the elevators are CONSTANTLY down which is extremely inconvenient having to shuttle the entire complex through one, at best two elevators. You’ll find yourself waiting for a long time. 3) the trash chutes are inside the building. Sounds convenient but actually means it smells terrible 90% of the time. I do notice the 1st floor typically smells fine, probably because that’s where the leasing office is and where tours are conducted, however, the 4th floor where he lives almost always smells awful. I will say the location is very convenient and the apartment itself is nice, but the community outside of the apartment leaves much to be desired.

The office staff are truly lovely people, Rachele & Alyssa in particular are truly super sweet people. I was in a street facing apartment on the 4th floor, and I absolutely loved it. The location was great for being able to walk to & from the bars near Coors field, as well as the King Soopers right across the street. Truly an awesome building, great people, great amenities, the works.
