Thank you for your recommendation of Griffis Union Station. We are happy to hear about your exceptional customer service experience. It is our goal to support our residents with all their questions and concerns. We appreciate your endorsement and are thrilled that you chose to make your home with us!
I live here part-time and wanted a place that I could call home as I travel a lot for work. I knew I wanted to stay by union station for the convenience of the train to the airport and the free 16th mall bus as I do not drive. I looked at 8 different buildings and just kept coming back to the Platform. The residents here are amazing and the resident events the staff put on are incredible. It seems there is one every other week and chair massages for residents every other Thursday. Yoga too! I can't say enough about this place and the convenience of the location. The management truly makes sure that you are taken care of, and maintenance requests are completed in the same day or next. LOVE IT HERE!!!

When it came time for renewal it was over budget but I am not upset about that. What I am upset about is them listing it for over $100 cheaper than they offered me a renewal for. Once I asked them about this they told me it was a mistake and that I could have it for what it was listed as. I considered it but it was still a little above my budget so I told them no. I look and AGAIN it is listed for lower than the second price they offered. Not once have i been late on rent or had any kind of complaint, so I can only believe that they don't care about keeping their residents. Extremely upsetting after a year of loving it here.
After a month, I can say that I truly love living here. It's a beautiful apartment, in a great location, with professional staff taking care of things. Thinking back to all of the choices I had when looking for apartments in Denver, I'm so glad I went with the Platform.
I moved in 3 weeks ago and the management and concierge staff here are top-knotch. The community is professional, friendly and I love the 24-hour access to the pool, hot tub and gym.
The staff is super friendly and very responsive/ helpful. The move in process was seamless and they are always there to help when needed.
Although the location and amenities can be a big positive for this building, the day-to-day negatives bring it down. Things to be aware of: The staff turns over a lot and they aren't exactly the best at communication. Don't live on the 14th floor. You will hear people drop weights in the gym all day, and the leasing office is super reluctant to do anything significant to mitigate this. You will also have to deal with drunk people using the pool at 2am and screaming their heads off waiting for the elevator. You'll have to pay anywhere from $50-100 more each month in utilities. The building charges its residents for common area utilities. They also won't inform you when they increase the percentage they charge you. You have to pay a $5 fee every month just for a third party to manage these utilities and the bills. You will be charged for lightbulbs when they need to be changed. First time I've ever lived in a building that does this. It used to be a cool residence for early adopters of living downtown. But now it's mostly trust fund babies and party people who ruin the amenities for everyone else.
You can see from a tour that the building and units are great, but what you can't tell is how great the staff is. Leasing, front desk, maintenance -- everybody is fantastic! Friendly, responsive, interest in getting to know you. It makes daily life here better than you might expect. Highly recommended.
Great location, fantastic space. Elevators break monthly, somehow. Rent's a bit high.
Amazing community with friendly, attentive, professional staff. Everything one could want in downtown living, even during turbulent times.
Location, location, location!!! I love my view and floor plan. Kat and others in the office are always friendly and accommodating.
We have been extremely happy with The Platform at Union Station. Location location!! The staff, property, residents and the units are a class act! Was a little concerned about the dynamics of moving into a high-rise it could not have been easier! Highly recommend.
The platform at union station is a great place to live with excellent sense of community, great location, excellent amenities, and a great view.
Platform at Union Station continues to surpass expectations. We moved away for a year and decided to move back. The community, location, and quality of the building make the investment worth it. I also have to give props to the staff. They care about what they do and make every effort to make it a great living experience.
The Move-In experience was extremely efficient and quite easy! Great community areas and amenities.
At this time I would not recommend this property, the manager is cold and unfriendly and fake. The building is needs repair that is not being adresses.
Enjoy living at Platform Union Station. Love the layout of my apartment as well as the view of the foothills and the magnificent sunrise and sunsets. Staff is friendly and efficient. It is lovely to live in an environment where daily needs are taken care of (package delivery, maintenance issues, etc) and pleasant surprises are arranged in communal areas.
Staff at Platform are GREAT!, Everyone here made my move in easy, are always available if I have a question. Location is great, close to school, shops, groceries etc. THANK YOU!!
All staff is awesome, from Door greeters to maintenance all very professional and personable, great vibe and perfect location. Dale B
