Grove at Wilcrest

I have been living in The Grove at Wilcrest for about a year and the people at the leasing office has been diligent and helpful. I particularly like the building facilities and specially the parking lot

I’ve signed 7 leases at this property that’s says a lot considering the amount of properties in Houston. However my main reason for signing so many leases is because of the amazing staff and Alex. That man is an exceptional human being and has helped my living at the grove be enjoyable. Also the 3 pools helps a lot.

We recently moved from Canada to Houston and have visited many apartments, but The Grove stood out to us immediately. We were impressed by the excellent customer service, centralized location, ample parking spaces in the garage, temperature-controlled garage, three resort style pools, and the quiet, clean environment. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Grove at Wilcrest has been an amazing place to live so far. The staff, especially Alex, are phenomenal. They’re always eager to help. The location is very convenien.

Have been glad to have chosen the Grove for my place of residence for over 5 years now due to the excellent location as well as the premium amenities and consistently friendly service minded management team.

It's a good place, nice amenities, good floorplans. Unit was not exceptionally clean when I moved it but some mopping and sweeping cleaned it right up. I have had 2 packages delivered and the first one was stolen and the 2nd one had already been opened when I received it. Internet using Xfinity isn't good, I would recommend At&T if you lease here as they have fiber.

I really enjoy living here, there is so much to do without leaving the property. The staff is so friendly and very helpful.

I like everyone who works around. They are very committed people always busy esp. the mentainance team. Also the guys who seat in the office. They are wonderful!

It’s beautiful, clean, friendly easy access to gym/pool

The Grove at Wilcrest is awesome and you wouldn’t be disappointed not one bit. If for some reason you are the office staff will definitely take care of it and will get it corrected and will even follow up afterwards to make sure you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

It is a condominium Very well located and quiet despite I-10. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient. I am delighted to live here, I feel at home.

Units at the Grove are very nice. Beautiful units with furnishings. Lovey large granite countertops. Nice overhead lighting. Colors are neutral and match.

Love the location. Exterior landscaping nice to see coming home. Love the 3 pools.

Good apartment considering amenities but poor management for mid-luxury apartment considering the rent rates.

This place has a real roach problem, a serious roach problem! No matter how clean you keep your place you will see roaches regardless. I am not exaggerating when I say I personally killed over 20 roaches on different occasions during my 1 year and 6 month stay. A positive is that the office staff is very nice and pretty responsive

This is the most genuine group of management, staff, and personnel I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with at an establishment. They are the reason I continue to lease here—year after year.

After living in a private home for nearly 50 years, I suspect NO apartment would be considered perfect, and The Grove is no exception. However, my observation is that The Grove is superior to most other apartments out there.

This is the absolute best place to live; not just because of the property—but because of the people that work here and take care of us. I’ve been here approaching 3.5 years and this has been the most consistent management team I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Alethia, Randi, Carl, Alex, Haley, Jesse, Gabriel and all of the other staff members that work so hard to look after the residents.

Leasing agents are very helpful and welcoming. Maintenance has been really good with fixing things in a timely manner!

I love Greystar properties. We have lived at a Greystar property in Denver and are considering moving to one in San Diego. We feel like we are part of the Greystar family and have always been treated as such.

The apartment complex is very quiet. The residents are friendly as well as their pets. The pool area is never overcrowded. The apartment complex is clean and secured.

Before Grey Star not bad but Grey Star changed everything and not for the good.

Love the Leasing Staff, Great floor plans, parking garage and evelvators, 3 pools, great gym, great social gathering amenity space available for party reservations

This is one great apartment to live in with amazing people working in the office who are always there to help. Now that this complex belongs to Greystar it’s clean almost all the time around here. I left my apartment for an out of country trip for more than 2 months and wasn’t worried about a thing.

I've lived here about 7 months, and I really like it. The amenities are good and were a big selling point for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and property is well taken care of.

The staff was very friendly and had great communication. They made the entire application process and move in process seamless.

Living at the Grove at Wilcrest has been a blessing for my husband and I in our first year of marriage. We have enjoyed living in a centralized location where we have access to so much close by.

This is by far the best apartment complex i have lived in at in Houston. The office staff is amazing and i feel safe. If there are any issues everything is handled professionally and quickly. Residents are super friendly,the amenties are all well kept and clean 3 pools and business center and lounge are where i spend alot of time. Its safe and its nice having the fob to enter the buildings so you dont have to worry about randomn people entering the property. I will be renewing this year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The Grove at Wilcrest is an excellent apartment complex to move into. It's been just about 3 weeks and the community and staff are great. Awesome location and the units are spacious and clean.
