But once you start exploring, you'll quickly realize there's much more to love about Grove City than your commute time.
With Ohio State University just 10 miles away, college sports fans will appreciate being able to cheer on the Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium. Art lovers will appreciate the Short North Arts District, the Sommer House Gallery, and the Little Theatre off Broadway (paranormal enthusiasts will enjoy learning about the theater's ghost). Parents will appreciate the excellent schools and numerous parks, and history buffs will love the beautiful historic sites.

Beautiful property. Love living here! The front office folks are friendly and always helpful. The place is in great shape but the couple times I've requested maintenance they are responsive and efficient and I am so appreciative of that!

The staff here is unbelievably sweet kind and not bad to look at LOL- I have had three things fixed in my apartment since I moved in a lightbulb in the refrigerator one of the slats in the blinds fell down and there was some drywall that I wanted repaired the maintenance crew responded quickly efficiently took care of the matter very pleasant experience! My utility bills seem to reasonable I enjoy being comfortable and have not had any out rages bills the cable here is great! I plan on being in the area for the next 3 years and I'm very happy about that decision!! Michelle
This is by far the most high class apartment community in Grove City, OH. The kitchens have dark wood cabinets with new black Kenmore appliances. The master bedroom is quite large, with a huge walk in closet and large bathroom. The community includes garden plots to plant flowers and vegetables. There is a large heated pool and nice pool chairs and tables. The greatest feature is the location! While being located on a major road, close to gas, grocery, and food, it is set back far enough that you don't even realize you are in the middle of the city.
Just moved in this month and extremely happy with our choice. Close to Columbus and great value! Went with a townhouse and do not hear noise from the neighbors. Quiet and cannot hear road traffic. The gym and pool at very well maintained. Beautiful outdoor common areas and pet friendly with pet stations around the complex. Would highly recommend this complex.
