I can't believe that in 10 days, I will have been here four years! And, I can't think of a single negative aspect or issue along the way. No matter what - whether there is a power outage due to a storm or a request for a new light bulb; no matter the issue, it is addressed and fixed as soon as possible if not immediately. I love the layout of my place, the view from the balcony, the amazing management (Kelley and Grayson) and maintenance teams - the whole package. And, my little dog, Sadie loves it here too!

This is a good location in Austin. Pretty close to everything. Apartment is pretty nice. Good covered parking. Some dogs are loud. Elevators are so slow

I absolutely love the giant dog park! The amenities are nice as well. The neighbors are super friendly and everyone hangs out at the dog park, which I think is super fun and cute.

the office is helpful and responds fast. the complex itself is nice, shockingly quiet which i appreciate, and a great location. there’s just lowkey a lot of homeless people in the immediate vicinity which you really only notice if you work odd hours of the night like i do.

i love the apartment and community so far. have only had a few minor issues with move in and getting some maintenance requests completed but other than that i’m liking it!

I've lived here for almost 4 years and have friends who have been here much longer. We appreciate and enjoy so many features like great floor plans, high ceilings, efficient insulation, quality appliances. To top it all, we have management that responds to needs and communicates appropriately. In a chat with my 99 year old aunt and her story of horrible issues with her own living experience in a luxury complex, I was reminded of how lucky I am to be settled in here at the Groves.

Some dogs are loud. No issues inside the apartment. LL door is still broken after a year. Dogs pee in the garage and stairway. Great location with a lot of places to eat near by. City isn’t very far away either.

The check-in process has been smooth, and I appreciate that a guest suite is available for rental. Common areas are dirty, but I have been told they are short-staffed, hopefully, this will change. The location is central. I am excited to move into my new apartment and start living here.

I really love it here. The front office is on their game all the time with quick responses and they’re so nice! If you put in a maintenance request they are here asap! I do think this is the best Managed building I have been in. Love Living here!!

Overall Groves has been good. We've enjoyed the location. There are always things that could use a little work but for the most part it seems like the management here is trying to do their best to stay on top of things.
I’ve been living here for about 2 years. Overall the experience has been good. Maintenance fixes things pretty quickly. We have a good view of the city. The apartments are nice and up to date. The only thing is the elevator breaks down a lot when people move in. Sometimes the doors break for entrances too. LL door has been broken for months and doesn’t even require a key fob to get in.
It's been three years now and I still love it! The view from my balcony is amazing, especially when it snows. The crew here responds immediately to any requests!
Groves is a beautiful peaceful home to my Dog & I for two years. We feel so lucky to have such a dedicated, hardworking, & personally lovely group of individuals tending to and residing here with us. Grateful!

I love living at the Groves. The staff are super professional, approachable and always eager to resolve issues that may arise. The units are spacious and function and the residents are friendly. Also, the maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful. I would like to see our building more secure, (I understand this is in the works), having a cleaning staff clean the property on a regular basis, (especially the elevators), and trash cans on each floor near the elevators.

For context I live in a 2 bed/2 bath corner unit facing the inside of the building. Pros: I like the location a lot, the unit is overall nice (lots of bathroom/kitchen storage, large closets, tile backsplash in kitchen, large patio, shelves built into the living room wall), maintenance is quick on weekdays and communicates what work was done by leaving a form, and rent is more reasonable compared to comparable places I was looking at. Cons: Basically no AT&T service, tight parking garage, billing for rent/other fees (which imo are excessive - two trash fees?) can be confusing and the office isn’t always easy to reach, some weird things in the units (very tall bathtubs, no normal pantry, no storage in common area for large things like vacuums, no windows that can open), common areas of the building aren’t maintained well (filthy stairwells, shrieking alarm by freight elevator, many bulbs out in courtyard lights) Overall I’d recommend living here, but no apartment complex is perfect!

Wonderful community, nice location, clean! Lost of good restaurants nearby. Close to great trails for hiking and/or mountain biking. 10 mins from downtown.

There’s at least one elevator down a week at this place. Currently two of them are down and have been for more than a week. There’s been zero update from management as to when they’ll be fixed and there hasn’t been anyone there working on them. Apartments are nice, location is great, pool is tiny, gym sucks. For what I pay here they really need to figure out a solution for the elevators. There’s too many residents at the grove to have to deal with this constantly.

Great overall -- love the staff working in the office and appreciate how helpful everyone was with my move-in process on a day-to-day basis. However, there are some cons that are worth noting here...like the walls are far too thin and I truly feel as though I don't have the privacy I'm paying to have with renting a 1-bedroom apartment. Also, the trash room is inconveniently distanced from my unit, which made moving in more of a pain than necessary.

This is a great apartment complex. They keep everything up to date and are extremely responsive!!!they keep the place clean and have a great maintenance staff. When I moved in I wish I just had more instruction on the place etc!

The Groves is a good apartment building with nice amenities. The staff and maintenance teams are nice and attentive. General maintenance of the buildings elevators and common areas have gotten worse since living here.
Random fire alarms with no warnings from the office along with elevators being down and never fixed. Only one elevator is functioning most of the time. Didn't give it a lower review because there are EV chargers, even though they don't work, but I guess effort... The complex is clean and the location is nice, so those are the two positives.
Really great complex! Maintenance is awesome here, they are super responsive and very nice. I think some of the front desk staff could use some more training and also some more showing of the apartment for move in. Besides that great place to live! Best spot I’ve lived in, in Austin
It’s been very nice here. Haven’t really had any problems with the apartment. Don’t here too much noise. Have a really nice view of the city as well.
The leasing office was able to work with me during an urgent situation to get me in my new apartment within two days! I appreciate their willingness to help me and they’ve been nothing but great since move in!

I would because it has great amenities, location, and staff, but it's expensive.
I'll recommend it because the quality of the staff, the apartment construction and layout details and the multiple amenities, pool, rooftop lounges and business areas to be able to work all secure and safe for everyone.
I'm being very frank about the staff. I wasn't expecting such kind, professional and responsive folks. Everything is top notch in my apartment, the dog park, the upkeep, the gym, etc. I've already recommended the Grove to a friend who might be moving here from Houston.
Maintenance request (and requests in general) are always responded to promptly and spaces are always left just as they were.
I lived on the south side of the building. The elevator was ALWAYS filthy with dog pee. I've thought about this. At first I thought maybe they clean every day and the traffic is so high that it just gets dirty everyday. But......I've noticed that the lobby elevator doesn't have the same problems so I felt the south side elevator was neglected. Plus, south side residents frequently broke all the rules about leaving trash in the trash room yet it continued to happen. For all the fees and emails on rules, you'd think this property would be cleaner but seems it was all talk and no action.
This place is amazing! The staff is super responsive, the amenities are incredible, and the residents are so nice and have an incredible community
Based on this experience I would recommend this place if I had any friends who could afford the rent.
It is the most stylish building in 78704. It would be amazing with some maintained cleaning
Everything is great except the elevator always have dog pee in them
Manager was easy to work with and accommodated me where she could. She was very fair. I think a few areas could be improved upon such as using better cleaning services for common areas, gym, elevators
I love it here. Every common space is so clean and well kept and I love the amenities
The amenities seem great and the unit itself was clean and ready for move-in. The one thing that bothered me was seeing some dog waste in the hallway that seemed to have gone unnoticed by whomever cleans the hallways.
It' a great building to live at in general, I never hesitate to tell people how great it is. The only complaints would be I had too many work orders upon when I moved in, people don't pick up after their dogs in the hallways and stairwells at times, and it' getting harder to park even with the towing enforced. I know the office does their best with reminders about these things but they've continued since I moved in.
I've had multiple service requests and every time maintenance response to the request within 24 hours, super polite and nice, and always asks me if there' anything else they can do while they are available as well.
Close to Downtown, Close to many different stores and great food all around.
