Pat Hutchison, CPM, CAPS, is the founder and CEO of Mission Rock Residential. A multifamily professional with over three decades in the industry, she previously served as vice president of Legacy Partners. Pat was named Multifamily Executive of the Year in 2019, and Mission Rock Residential placed third in Best Places to Work in Multifamily in 2023.
Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
