These apartments are poorly maintained-- all of them need windows, new floors, appliances, plumbing work and the A/C is an absolute joke. Upon move-in, I found my stove and oven not working, fridge held numerous items from previous tenants and within a month there was massive termite infestation. The termites were coming thru the floors! The owner/Landlord made every problem seem like it wasn't her problem. The apartments are furnished with items that are badly used and dirty, most are trash-worthy. Asking to remove the items only caused needless friction. I do not recommend except if you are desperate. Like us, you will probably regret it. LL will pretend to not understand you at every turn and make living here a real nightmare. Best avoided!
