Knotty pine finishes flank the walls of the living space to complete that country feel. You'll enjoy a spacious master bath with double sinks plus a walk-in master closet. Brand new washer/dryer set is included as well as plenty of off-street parking for your vahicle. You won't want to miss the spectacular sunrise and the countryside views from the huge balconies overlooking the rural North Dakota landscape while enjoying a very quiet location just on the south edge of Watford City in the Misty Creek subdivision off 22M street. Utilities included in rent: water, sewer and garbage. Pet Policy: there is a limit of 2 pets pet unit. Cats and dogs only. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and we charge $35 monthly pet rent, per pet. Breed restrictions may apply. This property is professionally managed by Orange Property Management. With 24/7 emergency maintenance and an online resident portal, residents can see their ledger, make payments, submit work orders and purchase renters’ insurance at their fingertips.
