Property Ratings at Gwinnett Square
Tisha is great to work with! Apartments are in a great area for a great price! My experience has been excellent
Don't waste your time. Really disappointed with the service of this place. Seemed really nice but quickly went sour. No thanks. I'll give my hard earned money somewhere else.

Where do I begin. When I applied for this apartment I had to continuously reach out for updates. In addition, response time or processing time took almost a week and other locations that I were considering were able to some how get me approved in the same day or the following. She also had to collect my proof of income 5 times because she did not believe my salary. Even my employer was annoyed by how many times she requested the same document. Calling and calling and calling for something that you already have. I did not understand that. I had to give her two months of income statements, like why are you clocking my pay. You have all that you need. I dont know this place is real bright and beautiful but its mostly a facade. When finally approved and ready to pick up the keys, nothing was ready. Ironic because I was scheduled to meet her earlier that day then was actually able to arrive. Things should have been ready since she was so "thorough". I had to wait for someone to come and give her the keys. Before we can have keys and see the apartment for the first time, Emily suggested that I sign the leasing documents. um NEGATIVE> and def a turn off. To pay for my rent for the first time, I realized, No one ever advised me on how to do this. I called 3 times and got the same result. Had to walk over twice because the information was not correct as my name was not even spelled right in your system. VERY INTERESTING Finally able to log in to the online portal to pay....the system is down. So paid by money order, clearly I can't rely on your system. Can you? In terms of the product purchase, my bathroom sink is leaking/stopped up. The screen door to my patio has a broken handle and these are all things that were discovered upon moving in. There are roaches, luckily I bombed and I have my own exterminating procedures. However, I know without them it could be infested because I just find them dead on the floor. How lovely. (but it could be worse) Last but not least, I do not have access to my mail. Someone tried to break into my mailbox and I brought this to their attention two weeks ago. I spoke to a Maintenance man, who told me it would have been taken care of YESTERDAY. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS NOT A PRIORITY BECAUSE I NEED MY MAIL!

I've lived here for about 1 1/2 years now and never had any major issues besides the gates to get in and out of the complex are ALWAYS broken and even when the are working other vehicles sneak in behind you so they're absolutely useless...until my downstairs neighbor moved out and a new one moved in...well he turned out to be a drug dealer and has people constantly in and out of his apartment all hours of the day and night so it always sounds like a party is going on even at 2, 3, 4am. the police have already pounded on his door twice in a matter of a few weeks and the walls floors are paper thin so sound travels extremely well...and so do smells. my apartment now smells like marijuana 24/7 so I called the front office and to no surprise they won't do anything about it (even though marijuana is STILL illegal and dealing it is also STILL illegal). my wife and I now spend a bunch of money on candles that have to burn non stop and on our gas bill because we have to every so often open all the windows and doors to air out our apartment regardless of the outside temperature so our heat is almost constantly running. my wife is literally afraid to leave or come to our apartment because theres no telling who she is going to cross paths with and it makes me worry about her safety. so yes we are in the plans for moving out asap and no I do not recommend this place at all.

I was approved by Rachel to move into an apartment in Gwinnett Square on December 5, 2018. I was promised an apartment with brand new appliances, brand new carpet, new ceiling fans and fixtures. After two weeks, I received a call from Rachel on December 4, the night before I was to move in saying I was denied moving into the apartment. She could not even give me a clear answer for this, and it was at night so I could not even speak with anyone else. They took my application fee and admin fee and I was billed for utility services because the utilities had already been connected. When I called the corporate office the next day they gave me the runaround and tried to act like they didn't know what I was talking about. They tried to keep my deposit until someone else called and threatened them with legal action. I was left HOMELESS WITH NO WHERE ELSE TO GO and they did not care.
