Empire State Living

Close your eyes and picture yourself laying in bed. The soft blankets and pillows cushioning your body. Maybe the air conditioning is on, you can't hear it though because it's so state-of-the-art silent. Now picture your relaxed self (which, is still in your bed) opening your eyes to gaze out your massive wall-to-wall spanning windows. And there it is, the magically beautiful Empire State Building. The view certainly makes this apartment unique, there aren't too many people who can lie in bed at night and witness the changing colors of the Empire State Building. In addition, there aren't many people who can also take 1 of the 2 buildings elevators to their fully furnished roof top patio, in case the weather is just too nice to not be outside, and have an even better view then when you were in your bed. If you live in 154 East 29th Street, this could be your life. It's been mine for a year. There's not one negative thing I could say about this building or my apartment. Doorman, elevator, gym, laundry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances (including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and yes, a dishwasher). I truly believe I found one of the best kept secrets in Manhattan when I signed my lease to 154 East 29th Street.

Habitat is Great

The Habitat is a great, updated apartment complex, with the friendliest doorman and a great rooftop space. each apartment is newly renovated, complete with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, built in ac units, and lots of closet space.
