Property Ratings at Habitat
I would recommend this place to someone but I would let them know that they need a top level apartment and a corner unit. Walls are extremely thin (thinner than I've ever experienced) and it has affected how much I like living here.
Yay for Manager Colleen and maintenance man Jeff. Yay for friendly tenants! Parking, parking lot, fireplaces need attention. Price point of apartment seems high.
Window AC units would be nice + a community garden, but the unlimited parking, reasonable prices, lovely scenic view to the pond, and great location all make this a pretty awesome place to live.
It's a little pricey, but the apartment is beautiful and we've really appreciated the level of service.
Location is great. The solitude and pond is wonderful. The grounds are very well kept.
I would recommend this community because the price for the value is unbeatable in Portland. We love the pond and the community feel.
Thank you for helping me with my maintenance needs in a timely fashion I appreciate the help
The pond and surrounding area is beautiful, and quiet. Most residents are very nice and friendly.
Complex is lovely (pond, lots of parking, pretty quiet), location is nice, rent is reasonable.
The pond and all of the birds are our favorite. Also, having a washer and dryer in unit is so nice. We love our cozy apartment atmosphere too!
Management has never returned a call or email. You have to pester them for a month for them to do anything. They also randomly changed my bill without any kind of notification. I do not trust them and am moving out ASAP.
I love these apartments. They are kept up nicely and modern. Any maintenance issues are handled within 24 hours.
This place is horrible. There have been 5 different management companies in the last two years that have run this place and each one is worst than the last. The current management team fails to communicate at all by both email, phone, and even in person about maintenance requests or other ongoing issues. They never seem to care or know anything that is going on with the property. On top of this, there are smokers on the property who just smoke on the premises and management does nothing. For the prices they are renting units, there are far better places in the area to look into. Please avoid this place at all costs.
